Strategically located at the heart of Makati & offers the best of both work & leisure essentials. It's strategically located near Skyway & major roads with 15-30mins access to airports.

For long stays (min. of 1 month):

—You are required to have us clean the unit mid-stay or at least once a month. This is to ensure that our home is properly maintained. You will directly pay our cleaning staff 1,000 PHP to cover labor & laundry. Your linens & towels will be replaced.
—Electricity bill must not exceed ₱3,000.00 for the month. Any charge in excess shall be at the guest's expense.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire suite, pool & gym. Do note that the pool & gym may sometimes be unavailable without prior notice due to cleaning, maintenance & COVID-19 restrictions.
Other things to note
There is NO parking in the building. There is open parking available beside Amorsolo Tower (the side where McDonald's is) on a first-come-first-serve basis. Rates are below & may change without prior notice.

First 2 HRS - ₱50.00
Succeeding hour - ₱20.00
Motorcycle - ₱40.00 (flat rate per day)

ALL guests are required to submit a copy of their ID & vaccination card for admin approval of the guest pass. No approved guest pass means no entry. Late submission may result in delays with the check-in so please submit these requirements as soon as possible.

Upon arrival at the lobby, you will be required to present your ID & vaccination card to the guard. Once validated, you will have to log your details & they might ask you to leave an ID. You will then be allowed to proceed to the unit after.

We do self-check-in & checkout via a lockbox. The full check-in instructions will be sent to you a day prior to your arrival.

Strictly 3 pm check-in & 11 am check-out. Early check-in & out is for approval & is not guaranteed. If approved, the following charges will apply:

First extra 2 HRS - 600
Past 2 HRS to MAX of 8 HRS - half of the nightly rate
Beyond 8 HRS - full nightly rate

Airbnb is built on trust & relationships. As a host, I have full confidence that you will take care of everything inside our home, follow our house rules & will not take anything when you check out. Please use the appliances, furniture, & fixtures responsibly as you would your own. You will be liable for any loss or damage to the property.

IMPORTANT: No smoking, no pets & no parties/events allowed. Please TURN OFF the aircon & other appliances when not in use especially when you're not in the unit.

For monthly stays - rates are already discounted as shown on the listing.

FOR RESERVATIONS OF 1 MONTH & MORE: You are required to have us clean the unit mid-stay or at least once a month. This is to ensure that our home is properly maintained. You will directly pay our cleaning staff 1,000 PHP to cover labor & laundry. Your linens & towels will be replaced. Utilities are included but the electricity bill must not exceed 3,000 PHP per month. Any excess shall be at your own cost.

FREE use of pool & 100 PHP per guest to use the gym. Please coordinate with us if you plan to use the amenities. Do note that due to the current covid-19 situation, amenities may be unavailable without prior notice.
