Was a beautiful spot. Nice room, new, nice pools, security. But room 1719 had a lot of cockroaches which wasnt so nice. A little disgusting actually. But overall great place.

Communication was excellent. The room did have roaches though after killing a few we went to bed. Unfortunately there was only 1 blanket and 3 towels for 4 people. At the end of the day we got what we paid for. I wouldn't stay there again, but good option if youre on a budget.

Condo was very clean and presentable but there was no hot water. This is not a place to stay for very long as there are no saucepans for cooking. Fortunately we were staying for one night. Would not recommend staying here, especially as there are so many other options to stay around here.

It’s nice decorated apartment, the location is so good, 10mins walking to Mall of Asia, we bought some groceries and cooked in the unit, everything is good.

This place don’t deserve one star! It’s smells so bad! I found a lice on the bed! And there’s a bed bug in the bed! I don’t think I’ll be able to move on from this bad experience! The lobby smells disgusting and the staff are rude!

This is the second time I have stayed in GemstoneBR. I am so satisfied! This is definitely the best condo I have ever lived in in the Philippines! The rooms of both Makati and Pasay are very beautiful and clean. I will definitely come again!
