DON'T STAY HERE! AC was not generating cold air. It was a studio condo unit in a high rise, about 35 sqm. One box inverter AC - set it to 18 Celsius, ran it for 2 hours, returned from dinner to the unit and the place was not cooled (my guess room temperature was 28 Celsius and humid). This was about 10pm at night and decided that staying there would not be healthy for me. Additionally, notices were posted in the elevator stating scheduled power outage was set for the next day! Would not have booked this rental for 4 days if this was disclosed. Emailed the lessor citing the AC problem and the scheduled power outage and told them I would go through dispute resolution with Expedia to get refund. Got an email saying they could change me to another condo - recall the saying " fool me once, shame on you ... fool me twice, shame on me!" I booked a new room with a branded hotel chain and left the condo - too tired to deal with the condo lessor (not sure if the contact person was actual landlord or operaing company). A few other issues didn't sit well with me : 1) had to kill a few cockroaches 2) bath towels were like thin microfiber polyester - they should just stick with white cotton towels), and 3) faux branding - in Expedia they listed as "Casa Bella" but its just a condo unit in the Viceroy Residences Towers - couldn't find the faux brand at PH immigration when prompted "where you are staying" and not listed in Grab (put in the street address instead).
