I love all the staff, they are all very attentive & very professional. The Hotel are very close for all the Tourist sight seeing. Airport are very close to the Hotel about 5 miles US Embassy are only 1/4 mile, Good shopping store are about 1/2 a mile. If you are coming @ night or even day time. I strongly advise to used the Hotel Transportations, than the local Taxi. Most of them will not put the meter down, they want to negotiate the price. And they will charged you arm & leg. I paid 750.00 Pesos ( around $15.00 )..But I know I am safe.

Property location wasn't too bac. But I believe the shuttle service is way too expensive. Amenities need improvement - i.e. F&B for late arrivals. Wanted additional 400 php for each additional hour for late checkout - although requested at time of booking which was confirmed.

I have stayed here many times and I love the small restaurant and their breakfast. However, during my 4 night stay, they placed “reserved” signs on 3 out of the 4 booths in the restaurant each day. This made seating difficult in a small restaurant and this has never happened before. Overall the rooms are very nice and the staff is always very pleasant. I’ll be back but hope they make better decisions and consider all of their guests for seating.

Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Minimum characters? Really????

Staff did an excellent job. Went above and beyond to accommodate us!

Close to Roxas Blvd and Manila Bay. Convenient. Felt safe and cool there.

Staff was outstanding. The room was adequate. I enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is all about its well-trained staff members to make guest experience as comfortable as possible. I liked the hotel a lot, so I stayed there for 19 nights. Room service is priced reasonably and tastes delicious. Complimentary breakfast was excellent and even serves seafood. The menu changes daily. I wish the hotel had pool and gym since I am a gym rat. Close to many malls (Robinson, SM Mall of Asia), amusement park (Star City), US Embassy. It is not my thing, but it is close to LA Cafe.

You just can't get more real. This is real Manila. I actually loved my time there. Lets face it, Manila is not a great place, but it is a real place. The Cowboy bar (can't make that up) was fun, Jolly bees(?) just down the road, and all the near by places to see were fun.

Awesome breakfast bar. The location is convenient but on the outer corner of some seedy businesses. It is very hard to get into because of traffic but it is the best hotel I have stayed in the Philippines. I am a frequent traveler to Manila. The staff is 👍 great and extremely accommodating. Warning get a taxi because hotel taxi is extremely high.

Trying to get the management And staff when I call for booking problems all I got was a big circle between them and orbitz all over 43$ 5 hours on the phone and so many needless emails

I had felt the location was not good for the likes of myself. The image shown at booking is deceiving, but the proximity too Robinson's etc was useful. If you are not a native, you'll see plenty of others frequenting there( with you) that aren't as well. Use your best judgement with transportation from hotel, pricing too airport is better if you flagged down a ride. The breakfast offered was pleasant with the establishment cafe. I enjoy my time in the Philippines; almost everywhere, customer service is well beyond those typical too those in the states!

Everything very good! Beautif room, breakfast Ok...

We used our Orbitz Cucks to stay here free while in Manila, but it really is a great hotel. Yes, nothing special like a pool, but the staff are great, they have a great and free breakfast (ask for bacon) and the rooms are clean. Great location also as it is near the Embassy and a lot of the cool attractions. This hotel is on our save list as we will probably use it the next time we are there.

Central location, however, surrounding streets are dirty. Staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast is OK.

Older but well maintained place that still shows some class from the past. Looks a bit sketchy from outside and lobby could use some sprucing up, but rooms nicely kept. Great buffet breakfast was included in my room price. Location is a bit sketchy, but this is par for the course for Ermita. Walking distance to everything, including Robinson's mall. Take usual precautions when walking and you should be fine.

Can't trust what hotel people Wii tell you. Had prepaid for things and then they said that you didn't and charged again. Also at airport pick up, their driver claims you was not at the correct place, when actually it was the driver in the wrong place and they charged you more for their cab driver to go from one terminal to another when it was their mistake. Recommend that you find a hotel that has airport service at no charge. To me was just a gimmick for more money. Be Careful

I've enjoyed staying in the Hotel. All the staff are very nice & very helpful. Most of the staff remember me from last year. This was my second year staying in this Hotel.
