Trying to get the management And staff when I call for booking problems all I got was a big circle between them and orbitz all over 43$ 5 hours on the phone and so many needless emails

I had felt the location was not good for the likes of myself. The image shown at booking is deceiving, but the proximity too Robinson's etc was useful. If you are not a native, you'll see plenty of others frequenting there( with you) that aren't as well. Use your best judgement with transportation from hotel, pricing too airport is better if you flagged down a ride. The breakfast offered was pleasant with the establishment cafe. I enjoy my time in the Philippines; almost everywhere, customer service is well beyond those typical too those in the states!

Everything very good! Beautif room, breakfast Ok...

We used our Orbitz Cucks to stay here free while in Manila, but it really is a great hotel. Yes, nothing special like a pool, but the staff are great, they have a great and free breakfast (ask for bacon) and the rooms are clean. Great location also as it is near the Embassy and a lot of the cool attractions. This hotel is on our save list as we will probably use it the next time we are there.

Central location, however, surrounding streets are dirty. Staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast is OK.

Older but well maintained place that still shows some class from the past. Looks a bit sketchy from outside and lobby could use some sprucing up, but rooms nicely kept. Great buffet breakfast was included in my room price. Location is a bit sketchy, but this is par for the course for Ermita. Walking distance to everything, including Robinson's mall. Take usual precautions when walking and you should be fine.

Can't trust what hotel people Wii tell you. Had prepaid for things and then they said that you didn't and charged again. Also at airport pick up, their driver claims you was not at the correct place, when actually it was the driver in the wrong place and they charged you more for their cab driver to go from one terminal to another when it was their mistake. Recommend that you find a hotel that has airport service at no charge. To me was just a gimmick for more money. Be Careful

I've enjoyed staying in the Hotel. All the staff are very nice & very helpful. Most of the staff remember me from last year. This was my second year staying in this Hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel many times. It's nice, comfortable and quiet. They usually have a great breakfast buffet but something happened since my last stay. The choices were very limited and there were only two staff on duty too busy to talk to anyone. Never had to get my own coffee before so I waited. Then I finally realized it wasn't coming. All in all it's a nice place with comfortable rooms if you're looking for a smaller hotel at a good price .

The real let down (frankly speaking -real disappointment) was their so called "buffet breakfast" (which they advertize for the passer by as "new and improved"! Everything in that buffet was merely edible, nothing more. Plus, the place is disorganized, under-staffed (the staff there feel overworked, and could not cope; in fact one of them asked me to complain to the front desk). Hotel is in a good location for Ermita, rooms are nicely cleaned and room amenities are sufficient. For a "Best Western" hotel, it was overall a disappointment.

Had short 2 day stay. Excellent staff. Decent and very cozy. If it had a kitchen..l would stay longer. Cannot eat Filipino food. But very nice overall.

The hotel location is not as good due to traffic but they have amazing breakfast and staff.

Pretty much got what was advertised. Room was made everyday. In room safe worked with no problem. No issues with free breakfast.

Nice hotel, convenient location within walking distance to the US Embassy, excellent staff.

Clean hotel. Great service. 5 minute walk to the embassy. Complimentary breakfast was great. I was very comfortable here. I will stay here again

This was my 10th stay at this hotel and it's always a good experience. The rooms are always nice, clean and comfortable. The staff is always very kind and pleasant. I particularly enjoy the breakfasts as they are superb. The only issue is that the staff consistently doesn't ask if you would like a coffee refill, if you need creamer, etc. They sit back and wait for you to always call them to the table. Otherwise, it's a terrific experience. If you're looking for a smaller hotel in the Ermita area, this one is a great choice.

I am amazed. All staff are friendly and accomodating. Breakfast buffet are great a lot of choices .. I am very well satisfied.

This hotel is very nice, clean and the staff is very friendly. The buffet breakfast is always excellent, however, the staff doesn't do a good job on a consistent basis. The have many trainees who try to assist but nobody training them. They don't do the basics like ask to refill your coffee, etc. other than that this is a great place to stay.

I booked my room a day in advance of my arrival since I was going to be checking in at four in the morning. When I arrived I learned that they had given my room to someone else even though I had called ahead and told them that I would be checking in at four in the morning. However they made it right by upgrading me to another room until my room was ready. I love the breakfast at this hotel. It's the best.
