Room wasn't clean properly. Floors were dirty and the room It had a very strong smell of pee. Every time we requested something we had to call twice and even up to three to get it. Once we didn't get it at all. Daily free water wasn't provided unless we called more than once to get it. At breakfast they have a side by side service but only one of them is available for the regular customers, the other one is for the other groups, please just do it in a different area, independent from the main hall. Their food was better than ours of course. This was our second time there. We're never going back....

My dad said he liked the free breakfast. The service was good too.

Nice hotel but there is a problem bout the other machines the air conditioning not really cool .

courteous staff. Free breakfast option nice... staff nice enough to send me some light breakfast as I had to leave check out early many hours complimentary breakfast being served.

Hotel has a great potential without a doubt. It is a solidly built building and built to be hotel. Management should seriously address air conditioning issues just as it has successfully addressed WIFI problems (Wifi has vastly improved since my previous visit). The suites are vast and have character with good view too. If this hotel can get a gym and somehow manufacture a swimming pool, I would gladly rate a FOUR STAR hotel!

the staffs are good and the food...the reception area is classic and simple but elegant.

Other than the elevators are slow it's a good hotel

Great, always stays here fir 6 years now. the sheets and towels needs upgrade.

had a great time. nice location. free breakfast is good

Not a good experience. even the toilet did not work.

We've been to Atrium 3 times, and they never fail to give us comfort when we were exhausted from long flights. Their rooms are huge and their a.c. works really well. We only stay one night each time we visit Philippines. I only wish they didn't changed their menu so much because we miss their grilled squid. They are not perfect, but if you're looking for a cheap decent place, Atrium is the place to go.

Big Room , clean, busy area, WIFI too low signal and cant use also water supply not good, water not fluently, breakfast ok

No towels in the rooms. Very slow WiFi. Breakfast is OK.

Taxi drivers acknowledged that the hotel is in an unsafe area to be when you have a family.

Taxi to the hotel was a rip off from domistic cost me 900 pesos . But hotel was great ! Thank goodness for that ..

Nice clean comfortable room. Polite staff.. The bad Wi-Fi didn't work, bad location,,,Have to walk to the street over to catch a cab most of the time.

Located not too far from Ninoy Aquino International with easy taxi access and yards away from the LRT train, the Atrium Hotel is easy to get to for the jet- lagged traveler, and at a good price. They are prepared to take care of your needs from the very good restaurant, polite and attentive service of the desk, bellmen, and restaurant staff. Our room on the 24th floor was spacious, clean, but lacking a little in maintenance by western standards, as the old grout in the bath showed. However, by Philippine standards it was most comfortable and security was adequate. The air conditioning chilled the room and made my sleep restful. My room faced the south and was basically quiet except for the sound of the LRT arriving and leaving the station below. On my last night there, a concert with several rock bands played below at an open air event venue. Unfortunately the music did not stop until 1:00 a.m., finally allowing me to sleep. A room on the West side would have given me a view of Manila Bay and would have been quieter. The area in Pasay is Average Manila not upscale, not the slums either. In addition to the hotel restaurant, Fast food restaurants and carenderias- small restaurants serving home-style cooking, as well as fruit and street food stalls round out the eating opportunities in the immediate area around the hotel. Shops, drugstore and convenience stores also are also close by. A taxi stand is just a few yards away on a corner, and a tricycle or jeepney can be had by hailing from the curb. The hotel offers van service as well for a charge, and the staff can help you to get to the sights of Manila and get you on tours to Baguiao, Tagaytay, and other popular destinations outside of Manila. To sum up, if you are looking for opulence and luxury by western standards, this is not the place. Nor is it a backpacker’s hostel or flea trap. However, for the seasoned traveler of South East Asia who is looking for a clean, comfortable and safe hotel with great service at a good price, the Atrium Hotel is a welcome place to stay in Manila.

I understand you get what you pay for but there is a certain minimum standard that is expected and should be delivered. I read some of the varied reviews and still went with this place, so I blame myself. Dont worry about the reviews pointing out noise level because that wont bother you as much as the condition of the rooms. The check in area looked fine enough but the once inside the room I thought the hotel was falling apart. Outlets looked like they were falling out of the wall, drain covers missing, bathroom tile looked so old. Thankfully we only need a few hours overnight while waiting for our morning flight!! This hotel should be torn down and redone its so old. I also hold the Orb1tz site accountable for a part of the problems with this hotel as they coordinated with the hotel for airport pickup and we never got picked up. According to the hotel the details the Orb1tz representative gave the hotel were wrong they even spelled my name wrong even though they had the reservation!!

Room was just fine but huge. Wished that parking was free. Need to pay hourly rate for it.
