Centrally located and short walk or ride to STAR CITY, CCP, WTC, MOA, NAIA, US Embassy, LUNETA, BANKO SENTRAL, MALATE.

Kitchen with 2-burner stove, fridge, electric kettle, microwave, eating and cooking utensils. Just bring your own groceries.

Bathroom with shower, wam water, towels, hamper. Basic soap and shampoo or bring your own favorite products. No bidet.

3.5kg washing machine in bathroom. Dryer rack for balcony provided.
