ROOM RATE

•Check In: 2:00PM onwards (SELF CHECK IN is ALLOWED) late check in is okay.
•Check Out: 11:00AM
• Room is reserved to you from 2PM -11AM only. Regardless of your actual check in time.
• Flexible check out time is not guaranteed. Overtime depends on the room availability next day.Advise me early if you need to extend.
°Overtime/Early check in Rate: ₱299 per hour

Guests are expected to maintain the good condition of the unit and the building, and to be respectful of other unit owners and staff

REQUIREMENTS UPON CHECK IN:
1. One Government Valid ID only PER GUEST. NO NEED for Medical Certificate or Swab test results.• Please send me a copy of your ID's for security purposes and present it upon check in at the front desk/guard on duty.
