I got scammed

Host did not answer at all after multiple attempts to call hours prior to arrival. I paid for the property in full amount. The agent did not offer me an acceptable alternate & did not do anything to resolve my issue. I was left with nothing & messed up my appointment with my clients because I didn’t get a proper venue. I want my money back.
