Our west side town home, close to Ft. Riley, K-State, NBAF, MHK Airport, and Colbert Hills will provide you with a safe, clean, and sanitary stay that offers a 1 car garage and an external entrance with a smart lock that allows for no contact check in and check out. At the intersection of Kimball/Scenic and Anderson the location offers easy access to the surrounding areas, with Colbert Hills just down the street that will take you straight to Bill Snyder Family Stadium, Bramlage Colosseum, and NBAF. Anderson will take you straight to Westloop, Kansas State university, and then Aggieville and Scenic provides direct access to the MHK airport and Ft. Riley. With out being directly on top of anything, it provides great access to all the local draws.

**House Rules**

We want all welcome you to our short-term rental! To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all guests, we have established the following rules:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping and any other smoking related products. Guests who violate this rule will be charged a cleaning fee and will be asked to leave without refund. Where smoking is allowed outside of a property, dispose of all butts into something safe and place in the exterior trash cans. Do not bring the butts back into the unit to throw away.

Parties are not allowed on the property at any time. Our rental is located in a residential area and we expect our guests to be respectful of our neighbors. Guests who violate this rule will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

We have a strict maximum occupancy limit, which is clearly stated in our listings. Guests who exceed this limit will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Please ask any questions related to gatherings prior to booking, as we follow our stated cancellation policies.

To ensure the safety and security of our guests, we have installed noise and occupancy monitors as well as exterior cameras. These devices are intended to detect excessive noise levels, occupancy over the maximum allowed limit, and any unusual activity outside the rental. Tampering with these devices is strictly prohibited, and guests who do so will be asked to leave without a refund. Quiet hours are between 9 P.M. and 7 A.M. unless otherwise stated.

Pets are not allowed on the property without prior approval. Guests who bring pets without approval may be asked to leave without a refund. If the unit is listed as no pets, then no pets are allowed. If pets are allowed, what kind of pets and how many are allowed will depend on the property and pet waste needs to be picked up and placed in a sealed container/bag before disposing of it in an exterior trash can. Do not bring pet waste back into a unit. Any additional costs for cleaning or picking up after pets will be charged back to guests.

Disappointed
The home smelled of smoke upon entering and had the look of not being cleaned. We emailed immediately and writing this review 4 days after arrival have still not been contacted or responded to. The master bath was not clean as well as the main living space floors, the supplies, toilet paper, towels etc. left were not as stated in the advertisement of the property. The property was definitely left in better shape than when my family arrived. It is unfortunate to spend the money, be required to sign a contract that we won’t do certain things and be required to clean our messes up and expecting that we would be arriving to a home that is clean and as advertised. We have reason to travel to this area for the next few years and this property management company will not be one that we choose.

Glad I wasted my $ and skipped the first night
The property was not clean outside of a quick wipedown on surfaces and bathrooms, it smelled stale and was dusty. No batteries in basement smoke detector, soap dispensers in showers were empty for body wash, the size and quality of the towels was basically car wash rags, the coffee station needed de-scaled, tasted bad and the cream/sugar drawer was gross. The sliding back door in the basement was unlocked when we arrived with no safety bar. I had to rig it up for the kids. There were random materials throughout the house. Wi-Fi did not work, I tried to even reset router; TV in living room wouldn't connect to any apps although the bedroom TV would. The sitting furniture in the dining area is about to fall apart....Let's just say we didn't end up staying the first night due to a schedule change and I am HAPPY I wasted money to stay in my own bed.

Could be improved
The location and size of the unit is great. Definitely room to spread out. It is also a plus that it allows pets. Though we did find the unit to be unclean. It appeared the cleaning had been rushed and we did find food remnants on the microwave and on and in the refrigerator. Our dog sniffed out a half eaten hamburger behind one of the nightstands. Some of the amenities listed on site as available were also missing. We were in town for a wedding and needed the iron/ ironing board and hair dryer but were not available. It was also extremely cold that weekend and we weren't able to utilize the garage as the opener had been disconnected. Lastly, the down stairs bedrooms only have sheer curtains over the sliding glass doors and windows. No privacy or insulation. Overall it was an okay stay. Meet our needs for a place to stay. Just could be improved.
