Recently opened, this is the only penthouse in La Punta de Montañita, featuring a sleek modern design and breathtaking panoramic views of the surf point and the entire beach. Ideal for couples or groups, this apartment offers the perfect balance of luxury and comfort.



The apartment includes high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work or simply for staying while recharging in comfort.



Located on the third floor, the penthouse includes two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and another with a single bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room—making it perfect for both romantic getaways and group stays.







The space is bright and spacious, with an integrated living and dining area that creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere.



The bathroom is large and modern, with hot water for your comfort.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:



Although the apartment has two bedrooms, the second (single) room will only be available for bookings of three guests or more. For reservations of two people, access will be limited to the room with the king-size bed. If you prefer to sleep in separate beds, the king bed in that room can be converted into two singles upon request—please let us know before your arrival.
