Sleeping up to 8 guests, this is a great option for a large family or combination of families. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an ensuite, and the second bedroom has four single beds (2 separate and a bunk) and adjacent bathroom. Further accommodation is in the Sleep-Out, where there is a super king bed, which can be split into two single beds, plus a bathroom.

There is room to park the boat, pitch your tent, or park your cars and you can even plug in your electric vehicle into the on-site Type 1 / J1772 6.6kW / 32 amp charger. Comfortable furnishings, access to Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen make this home fantastic for those who want laidback and easy living while they are on holiday.

The beach is just a one-minute walk away. You are able to get to the surf beach in five minutes, great for those summer beach experiences!

As sections of the deck either have fixed bench seats or no barrier, all guests should take extra to prevent falls. There is also a significant drop near the front path at this property. All guests should also take care in this area due to the risk of falls.

This house is on tank water so guests need to be conscious of water use throughout the summer.

Please be aware the sleepout at this property is accessed externally.

The super king bed in the sleepout can be split into two single beds if required. Please request when the booking is made.

3 bikes (adult size) and helmets are available for use, together with a kayak with lifejackets.

Please note there are 2 security cameras at this property, placed in the outdoor areas. These are on at all times for property security but are pointed outwards from the property and are for insurance purposes. Guests are not to tamper with the security cameras, and will be liable for any damage that occur if they do so.
