The space

New 4 bedroom house close to MAZ (Mangawhai Activity Zone) with skate park, playground, Basketball Court, Pump Track, Tennis Courts and Bush walks.

A short drive or a longer walk to the shops and estuary and 5 mins by car from the surf beach.

Enjoy the views from the front deck, or the larger more private deck is a great spot for outdoor dining, complete with BBQ. (not pictured)
