The apartment, which has been expertly renovated maintaining the original terracotta floor, is composed of a living area with equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, hob, microwave, American coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine), table and chairs for 6 people, sofa bed for two people, satellite TV, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower.
From the living area and the double bedroom there is access to the large portion of the private covered terrace furnished with table and chairs for six people. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the garden, the swimming pool and the village of Manerba.

Inside the property, completely fenced, you will have a reserved parking space, a shared BBQ area (2 wood/charcoal BBQs + 2 tables with benches), shared swimming pool with children's pool (the pool is completely fenced and has a gate to ensure safety for children), outdoor furniture (tables, chairs, sun loungers), playground, ping pong table, washing machine and dispenser of still and sparkling microfiltered water.

Villa S. Caterina is a 20th century Art Nouveau building, located in the immediate vicinity of the small church of the same name, in the small village of Gardoncino in Manerba del Garda. The ancient holiday home of the Brescian bourgeoisie is immersed in a centenary park and offers its guests an enchanting view of the Valtènesi and the morainic hills.

The structure houses 16 apartments, for purely tourist use, of different sizes and types. During the skilful renovation, some original elements were kept unchanged.
