Fab Location stunning views.

Wow, what holiday, we had a wonderful time. Absolutely stunning views from the balcony over the Lake .. some of the best we have ever had. 3 lovely swimming pools, good variety and quality of food in the restaurant and bar. The mini market is limited on site, but you are able to get fresh bread daily, Lidl, Euro Spar and Carrefour supermarkets are all within a 10 minute drive away. The children's entertainment was a bit hit and miss and varied depending on the amount of attendees as sessions but this didn't matter, a massive thank you to Chiara who was wonderful with our 6 year old son who was of very few English speaking guests . The children got to compete is a variety of tournaments throughout the day and were presented with certificates after the kids disco in the evening. The disco was a huge hit for our family. The property has immediate access onto lake garda and its wonderful to stroll around and stop at various bars and restaurants in the locality. There is plenty of choice. The apartment is slightly dated and in need of an overhaul there are a few cracked tiles and the kitchen needs replacing, but whatever we asked for we were provided with. The oven wasn't working and on enquiry were told several different versions of events, 1) it was only a show piece 2) it hadn't worked fro years 3) it wasn't connected as people didn't want to cook in the hot weather. We were eventually provided with a new oven to use as we had planned to cook this being a self catering holiday.

Urlaub mit tollem Blick auf den Gardasee

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub am Gardasee. Der Zugang zum See sowie die Bademöglichkeiten der vorhanden Pools waren gut und auf kurzen Wegen zu erreichen. Von der Terrasse aus hatten wir einen herrlichen Blick auf den Gardasee. Die Ferienwohnung war mit allem Wesentlichen ausgestattet, jedoch in einem rustikal italienischem Standard. Die Beleuchtung der Wohnung schwankte von DĂ€mmerlicht (Wohnzimmer) und Krankenhauslicht (Schlafzimmer). Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es fehlt an GemĂŒtlichkeit.

Die Lage ist super, alles war sauber, die Ausstattung sehr spartanisch, aber alle GerÀte haben funktioniert. Betten in Ordnung. Brauchbares Restaurant mit sehr guter Pizza auf dem GelÀnde.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Die Terrasse mit Seeblick ist super, der Service auch, der Strandabschnitt mit dem Steg ist toll, die Stimmung und das Team ist super,allerdings gibt es zu wenig KĂŒchenutensilien.Ein kleines Problem hatten wir auch bei der Anreise:Wegen Stunden auf dem Brenner waren wir viel zu spĂ€t und wurden beim 2. GesprĂ€ch von einem Mitarbeiter in einer Zentrale(nicht vor Ort!) sehr unter Druck gesetzt. Wenn wir nicht bis 21:30 da wĂ€ren, mĂŒssten wir eben im Auto schlafen...

Die Unterkunft war zweckmĂ€ĂŸig, vor allem aber der Ausblick auf den Gardasee von der Wohnung und Terasse war genial. Die Sauberkeit lies leider etwas zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Die Anlage war schön und der Pool + See sehr sauber.

Zugang zur Wohnung ĂŒber den gemeinschaftlichen mit Sichtschutz getrennten Balkon. Superpanorama. Klimaanlage war unbedingt erforderlich. Gutes, preiswertes Restaurant in der Anlage, eine Alternative zur Essenszubereitung in der etwas in die Jahre gekommene KĂŒche. Ggf. Wasserkocher fĂŒr Kaffe/Tee– Zubereitung mitbringen.

Der Blick von der Terrasse auf...

Der Blick von der Terrasse auf den See ist unvergleichlich und entschĂ€digt fĂŒr die recht einfache Ausstattung. Das "Kinderzimmer" gleicht eher eine Kammer, was mit kleineren Kindern aber sicher ok ist.Die Anlage ist relativ ruhig und man ist sehr schnell am See, was am Gardasee nicht selbstverstĂ€ndlich ist.
