Terraced house with garden and shared pool in the “La Romantica” complex in Manerba del Garda.



The house welcomes guests with a spacious and bright open-plan living area, equipped with a sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs, and a well-equipped open kitchen, complete with a kettle and dishwasher. The living room opens onto the covered porch and garden through two French windows, which also has a dining table with chairs for eight people. The floor is completed by a convenient toilet with washing machine.

The villa continues on the first floor with a large sleeping area consisting of a queen-size bed and wardrobe, from which a French window leads to a private terrace overlooking the residence's internal courtyards. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and wardrobe, also with a French window leading to a small balcony. The third bedroom is furnished with a single bed and wardrobe, and the fourth with a queen-size bed. Guests also have access to the second and third bathrooms with showers and hairdryers.



Guests will also benefit from amenities such as Wi-Fi connection and the residence's wonderful swimming pool with Jacuzzi.

The property is equipped with a with a geothermal cooling and heating system.



The environment is suitable for those who are looking for peace and quiet, while remaining conveniently located to the center and the lake.

Access to the basement of the house will be closed to guests and will eventually be used only by the owner, who will be able to access it via a completely separate entrance from the one dedicated to guests.



The Residence's swimming pool, also equipped with a whirlpool, can be used from May 1 to September 30 with the following hours from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 15:00 to 19:00 Mandatory use of swimming cap and respect for the rules in the pool area.



The town of Manerba is surrounded by the green of Valtenesi hills and in the hinterland agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, experiences of horse riding, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily reachable by bus and well connected to the main attractions. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake and place to take pleasant walks through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.



The house is about 20 minutes by car from the Desenzano train station and about 50 minutes from the airport Bergamo-Orio al Serio.
