Welcome to our beautiful and new apartment complex Gardaliva, recently built and newly-inaugurated in June 2019!

The apartment complex features 5 apartments divided into two buildings and surrounded by a beautiful and shared garden and infinity swimming pool.

The apartments are modern and with high-quality equipment, perfect for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. They all have their uniquely different features and strong points.

The apartment complex Gardaliva is ideally located just 450 m from the beach and the lake promenade in Manerba del Garda.

In the basement you will find a shared washing-machine to use for free and a big bbq area in the backyard is at your disposal.



Gardaliva Blue Studio can host up to 4 people and it is located on the ground floor with a private terrace.

This apartment features an open bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and offers an additional double bed Murphy in the living room, allowing this apartment to sleep four people very comfortably.

The kitchen is well-equipped and it is integrated with the dining room leading to the furnished terrace.

The bathroom is big and has a walk-in shower.

The unit is completely and comfortably furnished for your enjoyment, including bed/bath linens, bath towels.

Mooie studio met heerlijk zwembad

Mooie en goed uitgeruste studio met prima voorzieningen, goed schoon, goede badkamer, fijn terras en een fijn zwembad.Strand met enkele restaurants is op 5 min loopafstand. Voor winkels moet je de auto of fiets nemen, want dat is op ca 3 km afstand.Houd rekening met geluiden van de bovenburen, met name schuiven van stoelen in de kamer of op het balkon en het lopen op de buitentrap is goed te horen. Communicatie met de vrouwen van GardaFewo is heel plezierig en accuraat.
