Lovely apartment with terrace in a residence with swimming pool just 500 meters from the beach.
The apartment welcomes guests with the bright living room equipped with comfortable double sofa bed, flat-screen TV and fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, electric kettle and dishwasher. The living room leads through French doors to the porch and private garden equipped with outdoor table and chairs. Finally, sleeping area consisting of a queen-size bedroom and a bathroom with shower and complete with all sanitary fittings completes the layout.
*The Residence Swimming Pool is seasonal and is open from May to September. Use of a swimming cap may be required.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
The town of Manerba is nestled in the green hills of Valtenesi, and inland farms offer tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, horseback riding experiences, local trattorias, and beautiful golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campgrounds and resorts, easily reached by bus, and well connected to major attractions. The residential core is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake, a destination for pleasant walks within the Riserva Naturale Orientata della Rocca e del Sasso, from where it is possible to see most of Lake Garda and some of its islands.

Insgesamt ok der See war fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Küche war nicht so gut.
Der Bademeister war nicht freundlich die wollten dass man Badekappen trägt, dass stand nirgendwo. Leider konnte man keine deutschen Sender auf dem TV schauen auch nicht einstellen. Leider mUmsteigen man die Schlüssel der Wohnung im Büro 30 min entfernt abholen und wieder zurückbringen.
