Poggio al sole is a beautiful and spacious apartment set in a particularly well-kept residential context that offers a beautiful swimming pool with whirlpool area, a solarium area equipped with sunbeds and gazebo and a tennis court. The property is located in the center of Manerba del garda and is accessible to all services without having to use public transportation or the car. The completely renovated apartment is located on the second floor and consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, a terrace with barbecue overlooking the large, pool a hallway with a closet, a large double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. As a reminder, the property is air conditioned and has a private garage and free parking spaces on the street
