Located in Manduria, Villa Luciana is a spacious 170 sqm villa perfect for up to 12 guests. You’ll find 4 double bedrooms, one with bunk beds and another with a double sofa bed, plus an extra room with a single bed. There are 3 full bathrooms and a kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils. Comforts include air conditioning, TV, washing machine, game console, and a baby cot. Umbrellas and beach chairs are available for your days at the sea.



Outside, relax in the 300 sqm private garden, furnished with umbrellas and sofas, or on the large covered veranda with a dining table for 12. Enjoy a private barbecue, outdoor kitchen with induction hob, and outdoor shower. The private balcony and open terrace offer beautiful sea views; the villa is just 20 meters from the public beach.
