Dal design contemporaneo e dall`arredo raffinato, la villa ha un ampio giardino completamente recintato e dotato di aree relax, parcheggio e doccia esterna. Animali ammessi.

Villa Daversa sorge proprio fronte mare, è nuovissima, dal design contemporaneo. La villa è completamente recintata e ha un ampio giardino attrezzato, completamente recintato. 
Il giardino ha un`area relax ombreggiata con gazebo dove poter pranzare e cenare all`aperto, una zona solarium con lettini sdraio, doccia esterna per rinfrescarsi al rientro dalle spiagge, spazio per il parcheggio delle auto e terrazza vista mare.
La casa vacanze è composta da stanze climatizzate. All`ingresso vi è il living con cucina a vista, 1 divano letto matrimoniale e tv. Un disimpegno porta alla zona notte, formata da 1 camera matrimoniale con bagno doccia en suite, 1 camera quadrupla con letto matrimoniale + letto a castello, secondo bagno con box doccia.

Il complesso "Giglio di mare" appena realizzato sorge lungo la SP 122 in località Specchiarica, sul litorale di San Pietro tra San Pietro in Bevagna e Torre Colimena, lungo l`arco ionico tarantino.
