Well, the staff are friendly, helpful, courteous. I had hoped for a bigger room, a sitting area, CNN and a movie channel on TV and a soft mattress. Our room was on the east side, overlooking a parking lot that was often noisy when we needed quiet.

Lovely hotel.

The hotel is clean and beautiful. Staff are so helpful and kind and will do anything for you. The rooms are lovely, but he warned its on the busiest road in the city so if you face the road it will be noisy.

This hotel was perfect for our time in Mandalay - so much so that we kept booking extra nights. Such good value for money if you book via the app. Staff are incredibly accommodating and helpful and the rooms have everything you need!

Located right across the street of Mandalay railway station. Very clean and comfortable room. Staff are friendly and helpful! Simple breakfast, but enough for me, with Burmese and western food choices. Highly recommend!

駅前に立地してますので、最悪タクシーがホテルの場所を知らなくても駅まで行って！と言えば帰ってこれます。フロントにタクシー呼んでとお願いするとGrabで呼んでくれて、ついでにアプリの使い方も教えてくれました。タクシーの相場が分かるので、かなり便利です。ホテルの朝食はホテルのランクに相応で普通に美味しかったです。近所には王宮側の反対側に15分ほど歩くとスーパーやデパートがあります。難をいうと、外で音楽を流しながら何か売ってるようで、これが深夜まで続きます。まぁ、私は旅の疲れで爆睡しましたが。あと、エレベーターがないのでスーツケースは厳しいですね。ボーイさんがエイコラと運んでくれますので100円くらいチップを事前に作っておかれるとスマートかもしれません。

Excellent staff

Service is absolutely great!! Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are small, not a best view, choice for breakfast is so so. A good hotel rated with a 3 however the staff and service by staff is 5!! Bikes for free which is a very good service!
