Gîte completely renovated by Joël the owner, who recently installed new shutters made of chestnut wood from Tarn-et-Garonne, and the balcony of one bedroom. It was Joël's parents who settled in this hamlet in 1946 to expand their dairy farm. The owner's mother made bread in the oven in the living room. From the gîte, a path will take you into the forest (lake and wildlife observation post). Possibility of fishing in the lake. In the countryside in the heart of the Comminges-Pyrénées region, close to many tourist attractions: the Garonne river is 3km away (the Way of Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle, the Via Garona hiking trail linking Toulouse to Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, the TransGarona bike trail linking the Val d'Aran to Toulouse), the Boussens train station is 6km away, the Aurignacian forum museum is 9km away, the Bonnefont en Comminges Abbey is 9km away, as is Martres-Tolosane and its earthenware, the casino, the thermal baths and the Salies-du-Salat golf course are 11km away, the Cazères nautical base (wake-board, buoy pulling) is 17km away and Saint-Gaudens is 26km away. - On the ground floor: living room with kitchenette and lounge area (fireplace with its authentic bread oven), separate toilet. - On the first floor: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90cm) (1 double bed 140cm), bathroom, separate toilet.
