The property is within a residential area therefore parties, large gatherings and loud music/noise are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in instant removal by security and fees to be taken.

Extra guests that aren't on the booking will be charged per guest, per night.

Linen/ towel damage (Makeup stains etc) - will result in extra fees taken to replace.

Loss of keys - will result in fees to be taken replace.

A reminder that fees will be taken if these rules are broken, to compensate for any misuse of the apartment/ damage. By booking this apartment you have agreed and understand these terms and conditions of the house rules.
