Excellent location and comfortable spacious flat. I believe the view is great but typical Manchester weather robbed us of that. Kitchen generally well stocked but could have done with a couple of wine glasses. Would stay there again.
Enjoyed the stay. Mix up with my daughters sleeping arrangement not apartment mangers fault i should of looked in more detail 😂 was quickly resolved. Friendly and helpful. Left at 8.30am as they wouldnt be around recieved deposit back day before. Would definitely recommend
This is the first time I have ever stayed in a serviced apartment compared to a hotel and would recommend this every time. From the ease of checking in/out to the weekly service of the apartment and the facilities within it, everything was excellent. As for the location it is in, very convenient in terms of close to tram stops, which is then less than 15 minutes into the city centre. Close to Lowry shopping centre and Media City.
Stayed over night for trip to Old Trafford and Lowry theatre great location, fantastic views of Manchester from the 17th floor secure parking 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms lounge kitchen every thing could want for and so quiet,. Also constant updates from staff offering room early and checking if all ok etc, wouldn't hesitate to book again great place to stay and so private
The flat is on a good location on the Quay, close to Media City (600m), good restaurants, IWM North, and beside the trams into the city. The team are super responsive. Recommend staying here if in that area.
The apartment is well placed for access to all amenities; including being very close to the Metro to get in to the centre of Manchester. The property was clean and in very good order with all facilities needed for a comfortable stay
Stayed here on 22/05/17 with my two daughters (who were attending The Arian a Grande concert) and my two grandchildren. Check in was smooth and quick and we were provided with a meet and greet by the hotel. The apartment was immaculate and large with one en-suite and another double bedroom. There were fantastic views of The Salford Quays and The Lowry Outlet. The kitchen included everything you need, even a dishwasher! My girls got ready for their concert and left happy and excited. The grandchildren and I decided to explore as it was still early, we walked as far as Media City alongside the tram side, which had beautiful scenery, but couldn't find a shop. We walked back the other way, which also took us to Media City but at the back, where we found a fab shop called Booths. My grand daughter and I collected our supplies for the night and headed back to the apartment to wait for the girls. This is when the night changed. Basically my girls were almost involved in the blast, but thankfully got out safely. The staff at the apartments were fantastic, they came to see if we were all ok and we were told to take our time, even to stay another night if we needed to, free of charge! They offered to contact family or provide transport. These people were amazing and god forbid anything to happen if you stay here, be rest assured you would be looked after...this unfortunately awful act of cowardice spoilt our stay in Manchester and we don't know if we will return for a long time, which is sad as it is a beautiful city with a lot to offer. I want to thank The staff at the Quay apartments for their support whilst there and for their lovely encouraging message on our return to Nottingham. I would recommend The Quay Apartments to anyone!
Everything is excellent. The house is clean, the amenities are above expectation. Such a great apartment and check in and check out process is smooth. I strongly recommend to all. The facilities offered are superb. There was a washing machine provided which I really appreciate.
When I moved to The Quays | Salford Quays, Salford M50 3SB, England, I wanted to find a place that would give me the opportunity to meet people, make new friends, and have the best of amenities. The Quays | Salford Quays, Salford M50 3SB, England has everything I wanted and more! Its location is amazing. It is too near the tram, just 2 minutes walk. The services are very excellent. I will not forget my days in this apartment.
I have always used one of the economy grade hotel chains for short stays but this time, amongst the options were a couple of apartments. I chose Quay apartments which was cheaper and nearer my base than Premier Inn and Travelodges local offers. I was met in the car park by a charming person who took me to the appartment and showed me all of the amenities. The apartment was spotlessly clean and fresh and sported a waterside view and all modern facities. There is a private secure car park ( a little extra). I will be looking at apartment, particularly Quay Apartments in preference to budget hotles from now on. A far superior experience.
