This flat is just outside the city with easy public transport into Manchester. It sleeps up to 6 people with 3 double beds in 2 bedrooms—good for families or groups who want a quieter spot but still be close to the city.

Inside, there’s a sitting area with a TV, a dining table, a kitchen with basic cooking gear, and a washer for laundry. Fresh towels and bed linens are provided.

The building is a bit dated and so you might find there are traces of wear and tear in the flat. Additionally, some noise should be expected with other families living in the neighbourhood. We are committed to providing a comfortable stay and want to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect, and can still enjoy a comfortable, convenient stay with GuestReady Essential.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Failsworth is a well-connected and community-oriented area in Greater Manchester. The neighborhood offers a variety of amenities, with local supermarkets such as Tesco and Aldi, along with a selection of independent shops and cafes. Green spaces like Northmoor Park provide recreational opportunities, with open fields, play areas, and sports facilities for outdoor activities.

The area has a rich history and a friendly atmosphere, making it ideal for families and individuals alike. Public transport links are excellent, with nearby bus and tram services offering easy access to both Manchester city center and surrounding areas.

Dining options in the area are diverse, with a range of restaurants, pubs, and takeaways offering various cuisines, including British, Asian, and Mediterranean flavors.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest rail station, Newton Heath and Moston are an 18-minutes walk.

Manchester Airport is a 27-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
