This place could be nice… if it survived an exorcism and a deep clean. Let’s start with the sofa bed — calling it a “bed” feels generous. It looked like it had done hard time in a halfway house for furniture. We wouldn’t sit on it, much less sleep on it.Then there’s the dust. So much dust. I think we met its ancestors. Within minutes, we were sneezing like a choir — a full-blown allergy symphony. A quick run with a vacuum and a wipe-down could save future guests a box of tissues.The neighborhood? Let’s just say it had “character.” The kind of character that makes you double-check the locks — twice.All that said, the bones of the place are good. With some new furniture, a serious cleaning, and maybe a sprinkle of love, it could absolutely shine. Right now though… it’s more “before” than “after.”
