I stayed in a king room that had a nice recliner. Mini-fridge and microwave in room. Overwhelming smell of Indian food throughout first floor but fortunately the room smelled fresh. Bed OK to average. Lots of good lighting which is sorely lacking in many motels.

Hotel was clean. Gentleman at the desk was very pleasant and asked if everything was OK each time we saw him. Eating area was very small. The only hot food was waffles. The only real down side we found was that the hotel ad says that it has a mineature golf course but we never found it. We would stay there again.

Stayed here a week. Front desk/ owners very friendly and helpful. Price was very good. Room was clean ,no bugs ,no smells . Comfortable bed ,TV good ,heat/ ac good. It's not a 4 star hotel, but well worth the price. I would stay again ,only two hotels in town so . Later

We were very concerned about this location but only place we could find. Past experience with this change has mot been good. However this location was awesome. VERY clean. Seems to be redone and done right not like other America Best Value Inns. Highly recommed this location

New paint, new carpeting make for a nice improvement. New management were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was free and several different choices. Enough parking for everyone. Cost is on the low end and cheap than the other motel

I spent three weeks at ABVI in Manchester, and loved it because it was a great value. It must have been recently renovated because almost everything in the rooms (I had two at different times) was fairly new, clean, etc. The AC worked well. Satellite TV worked well. Refrigerator worked. Bathrooms were modern, clean, with good lighting, etc. The free wifi always worked well. Management and staff were always nice, pleasant, and helpful whenever I needed something. Wide concrete walking/jogging/biking paths go past the front and rear of the hotel. There is a small self-serve laundry room available during the day and evening. Continental breakfast was always well-stocked and fresh. Local and state newspapers are available to read for free. The hotel and parking lot are well-lit and safe, and the hotel is in a nice open area on the main road through town. It's conveniently located near a few good local restaurants, a nice 24-hour store, Wal-Mart, etc.

Booked a suite for the weekend with the family. Restroom was disgusting like they only took time to wipe the toilet seat off but leaving bodily fluids of unknown types in the tub and one the floor around the toilet. The other issue was a stolen wireless charger from the room when I went to confront the manager he said his uncle and aunt would never do that and that I was crazy. Never found it and we took the time to go through the whole room. The only thing that I can say nice about the stay currently is that there were no bedbugs.

We had stayed in this motel several times before, but it now has new carpeting, flat screen TVs, and new paint on the walls. The managers are a young, friendly couple who welcomed us and accomadated all of our wishes.

Place was dirty, chairs in room were stained. Most rooms have small flat screen TV's now but there is no channel guide in room so good luck finding anything on TV! Property is dirty, parking lot is full of junk, seems like a lot of truckers and road workers stay here. It is definitely a place to crash for the night and get out quickly, where you feel like you want to check on your car and you're afraid to look too closely at anything in the room. On the plus side it is dirt cheap.

The check in was ok a little rushed. The side door to enter the building didn't need a key to get into. The carpets looked new in Hall way. My room the first thing I noticed was the fridge was lopsided setting on some board? The sheets were clean. A few smears on furniture and mirrors. Only three bath towels in a two bedroom. I think it should have four. It helps to have a head housekeepers to go through rooms after cleaned and check to make sure room is cleaned correctly. The next morning housekeepers were knocking on my door at 8 a.m. unless I checked out they should wait until 11 to knock. Rooms need a little polishing. And towels need to be newer. Little old. I didn't see any big eatting area like the picture states. Cleaning staff needs more traing. And maintenance needs to get more things done. Toilet wobbled.
