Overall we had a very comfortable stay at this hotel and had a very good dinner in the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was also very good. One negative point was despite having the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on, room service staff entered the room whilst my wife was in the shower just to place a welcome note and fruit bowl for the next guest. This is totally unacceptable and not what I would expect from such a reputable hotel

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Breakfast menu has good variety and the food is very good. Staff are wonderful and welcoming. We had afternoon tea in the library and it was excellent. We will be staying there again.
