Noisy neighbour! Other than that, the room was very big for the price. Relatively new apartment building that let itself down with some small snagging issues. Overall I would recommend staying here.

Smoking room despite booked non-smoking

Came to this apartment with my family. Unfortunately the previous guest smoked in the room and the entire apartment was full of that smell. Reported it to the management which reacted only by spraying the apartment with air refresher which is not the ideal anyway. They should have checked that beforehand. Although not their fault previous guests smoked its their responsibility to ensure its not affecting next guests. Beside this the pool was non operational, same with the jacuzzi. Staff was responsive but the management should do an overhaul.
