The tube had never been cleaned since the building was built! Did not have roaches, thank , God but it was dirty.

"This hotel is an absolute danger to the health and safety of any guest. The photos they display in their advertising are completely fake and misleading. From the moment we set foot inside, we realized we had made a serious mistake in choosing this place. The conditions are unsanitary and hazardous, with evidence of neglect and abandonment everywhere. Not only is it disgusting, but it's also downright dangerous. Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures online! This place is a trap for unsuspecting tourists. Avoid it at all costs and opt for accommodation that truly values the safety and well-being of its guests We demand a full refund for our reservation. This hotel not only failed to meet basic standards of cleanliness and safety but also misrepresented its facilities with false advertising. We refuse to pay for a service that was not provided. We expect a prompt refund of our payment. Anything less would be unacceptable." Miriam Gaeta

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The worst excuse of a hotel I've ever experienced. Everything was dirty and broken. Cockroaches running around. No flush on the toilet so the place stuck of raw sewage. When I raised these issues with the front desk they refused to do anything and told me it was my fault for booking the place. I recorded the conversation. They then called the police on me to delete the recording.

It’s the worst place that I could not check in because the place was untidy and weird that I didn’t feel safe to stay there. I don’t know how Expedia list such a low level of accommodation on its portal.

I PAID FOR ONE NIGHT THEY KEEP SAYING THEY DID NOT SEE THE PAYMENT I MADE THROUGH HOTEL.COM NOT UNTIL I SHOWED THEM THE RECEIPT OF PAYMENT THEY WERE REQUESTING FOR ANOTHER PAYMENT.
