Beautiful house and pool
Property is great, we were a family of 4 and a family of 5, there was plenty of room for us.Lovely quiet location just a short walk to the town. Pool well maintained and the children really enjoyed it. The kitchen is quite small and the main through fare to the garden so not ideal for the amount of guests but other than that, it was all fabulous. Thank you.

Just the break we needed!
We were 9 people, 6 adults and 3 children - the villa was spacious, clean, very comfortable (good beds), air con etc. A great space in fact with great balconys. The kitchen however very small but this didn't really bother us as it meant not everyone could be in the kitchen getting in the way and we made great use of the BBQ every day! Lovely pool (quite steep to get in to ie the steps/step down), lots of loungers, nice sofa area and table also. Short walk to two fabulous beaches and to the area of shops/restaurants etc. Bus stop very nearby which was super handy for getting about a bit which we really enjoyed. Overall great villa and we'd have no hesitation about going back or recommending.

Two Week Summer Family Stay
I booked this villa for myself, my other half, Mother in Law and 5 children. We were welcomed into the home by Ronny upon arrival, and I had a lot of really good communication beforehand too. The home was clean and well equipped for what we needed as a large family, we had cleaning equipment there to make things easier, some useful items left by the team and previous guests, and it was clearly well looked after. We also had ample privacy from surrounding homes, which made it more relaxing and homely. Parking was also easy to manage with ample spaces.
During the stay, I had 2 small maintenance queries and these were responded to quickly and soon resolved. Both check in and check out were completed with ease and I would highly recommend the home to others. We will definitely look to book again with this team.

Sehr schön
Die Wohnung und die AuĂenanlagen sind sehr schön. Die Umgebung leider etwas schmutzig, viel MĂŒll in der Umgebung. Der Hausverwaltung sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, egal um welche Uhrzeit immer zu erreichen. Kann man nur loben, so etwas findet man noch sehr selten, eine ganz groĂes Lob an Ronny.Danke fĂŒr alles

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Unser 10-tĂ€giger Aufenthalt war sehr schön . Das Haus war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet und wunderbar zum entspannen. Die Betten waren super ! Alle neu ! Es ist bereits mein 6. Aufenthalt auf Malle und es war mit Abstand das sauberste Haus was ich bis jetzt gebucht hatte. Oben in der zweiten Etage hatten beide Schlafzimmer Zugang zu einer Terrasse zum gemĂŒtlichen Verweilen. Der Strand ist 10 Minuten fusslĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Der Pool und der AuĂenbereich war sehr gepflegt , der Pool wurde in unsere Urlaubszeit mehrmals gereinigt. Der Kontakt mit Ronny (Hausverwalter) war einwandfrei und sehr nett. Ein Mietauto brauch man um auch gröĂere EinkĂ€ufe zu tĂ€tigen . Im Ort selbst gibt es kleine SupermĂ€rkte , Restaurants , Apotheke usw.
Der Ort ist ruhig und nicht ĂŒberlaufen . Im Nachbarort kann man sich die Drachenhöhlen auch anschauen . Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten eine tolle Zeit hier !

Toller Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus ist super und der Kontakt mit der Verwaltung unkompliziert, bei Fragen oder kleineren MĂ€ngeln wurde umgehend reagiert und diese behoben. Der Strand Cala Domingos ist super. Das Umfeld in Cales de Mallorca sollte dringend mal gereinigt (MĂŒll ĂŒberall an der StraĂe und im FuĂgĂ€ngerbereich) StraĂen teilweise reperaturbedĂŒftig. Die Verwaltung in Manacor sollte diesen eigentlich schönen Ferienort nicht verkommen lassen. In den Restaurants und LĂ€den gibt man sich wirklich MĂŒhe.
