We loved the view. It was exactly as pictured on site. Our room was always clean when we returned with enough toiletries for each family member. We had to call the front desk for a work order and they had someone up to our room in under 15minutes. Great location, we are already planning to stay at this location again.

A great holiday - now for a diet!

Spent a week at Mandisur Apartments. Lovely hotel, friendly and efficient staff who speak very good English. Room - a little dated but, plenty of room, clean and comfortable. Also had a couple of days at the Sister hotel (Block A) - where facilities/room are of a higher standard, but also very much busier. This is also where you have the evening meal - gets very busy and noisy. The larger hotel/resort has more places to eat, a wide variety of pools and more to do for children/families than the Mandisur apartments. The receptionists at both sites were excellent in sorting problems and were very helpful. Food and drink is plentiful - the measures of alcohol are large - such was the case - we often had to add more tonic water or orange to the Gin etc. Great being able to get an ice cream, hot and cold drinks when you wanted. However, food should be covered away from flies and hot food kept hot. Outdoor pool in Mandisur Apartments is - large and deep - although too deep if non- swimmer, there is a shallow pool attached though. Pool rules state no towels should be on loungers to reserve them - however - staff needed to enforce this rule to stop this practice - as sometimes towels were on beds all day and no one used the beds. This was also the case at the Sister hotel Insotel Cala Mandia. Overall, the hotel was good value for money.

Clean comfortable hotel but rooms a bit dated

The hotel was just what we wanted. The pool was enough for our boys (8 & 6) but sun loungers were difficult to get hold of because other guests were reserving them without using them. There are a few steps up to the toilets which get very slippery. We went all inclusive. Lunches were catered at the apartments and were OK, pretty standard stuff, some kind of grilled meat, salad and chips. Evening meals were in another hotel a few minutes walk away and had a much wider variety as this is a bigger hotel.

Mobili datati con odore di umidità. Non era sul mare, bisognava fare un po' di strada in salita (al ritorno) per raggiungere il mare. La vista dalla stanza era bellissima, il terrazzino molto carino e la pulizia ed il cambio delle asciugamani veniva fatto giornalmente

Cortesia del personale (Dalla reception alle cameriere ai piani) e pulizia sempre presente. Cose più importanti!!! Cucina dell'appartamento, quasi inutilizzabile a causa della dimensione, impossibile chiamarla cucina (giusto per bollire un paio di manciate di pasta o latta la mattina). Oltre a questo, è impossibile consumare pasti in appartamento, visto che è sprovvisto di un tavolo abbastanza alto per mangiare.

hôtel CALA MENDIA très accueillant, bien situer

Très mauvaise expérience avec expédia concernant le séjour, on vous vend le vol aller/retour mais c'est à vous de faire le restant des démarches pour les billets, le transfert expédia vers l’hôtel totalement catastrophique: plu de 4 heures pour regagner l’hôtel, au retour personne n'est venu nous chercher,obliger de prendre un taxi à nos frais sinon on ratait l'avion. Arrivée à l’hôtel panique totale celui-ci était fermé pour cette période, je ne peux donc pas jugé l’hôtel mandisur , toute fois je pense qu'il est bien car il fait parti d'un complexe appartenant au groupe INSOTEL qui a bien rattrapé la mauvaise prestation d'expédia en nous relogeant et en nous sur classant au club cala mandia. Concernant le restant du séjour 10/10: prestations au delà de nos espérances, superbe complexe, personnels accueillants, très bonne ambiance et animations (un grand merci à ALDO, GIORGA et les autres animateurs et une grande gratitude pour les personnes de l’accueil et le chargé de relation client qui nous ont bien aidés suite à nos problèmes), hôtel très propre,service technique très réactif. Les restaurants très bien, bonne nourriture très variés .

Avevamo prenotato un residence, ma all'arrivo abbiamo trovato l'edificio in ristrutturazione. Abbiamo cercato di telefonare all'hotel, ma c'era la segreteria con l'indicazione dal lunedì al venerdì dalle alle (peccato che era domenica). Tramite una signora gentilissima abbiamo contattato un altro numero telefonico che ci ha dirottati all'Insotel dove siamo stati benissimo. Anche il numero di expedia non era raggiungibile.
