Ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen für 1 Woche in dieser sehr schönen Finca untergebracht. Die Finca hat einen urspanischen ,sehr charmanten Charakter. Ein riesen grosser Pool ( 2,20 m an tiefster Stelle) umgeben von einem grünen Garten mit Bananenstauden, Orangen und Zitronenbaüme und Blick auf grüne Berge lädt jederzeit ein. Die Inneneinrichtung ist top ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche. Sie ist gross, so dass gemeinschaftliches Kochen viel Spaß bereitet. Anschließend gemeinsam die zubereiteten Speisen auf der grossen Veranda mit herrlichem Blick auf die umliegenden mallorquinischen Berge, einzunehmen, vermittelt das Gefühl von perfektem Urlaub. Ganz besonders charmant ist die persönliche Führung durch die Finca mit der Besitzerin. Sie ist sehr bemüht alles zu erklären und vermittelt dadurch das Gefühl gut betreut zu werden. Die Finca liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Nebenstraße unweit einer wenig befahrenen Hauptstrasse. Man hört nur die Grillen zirpen und die Schafe mit ihren zarten Glöckchen. Ein ruhiger erholsamer Schlaf ist garantiert. Die Strände und naheliegenden Orte sind gut zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist allerdings ratsam, weil Laufen ohne Bürgersteig zur echten Herausforderung wird. Alles in allem können wir die Finca mit ihrer Umgebung sehr empfehlen. Wir kommen garantiert wieder.

Die Finca samt Pool ist sehr schön und gepflegt.

Die Inhaberin und ihre Cousine haben eine tolle Übergabe gemacht und alles super erklärt. Die Küche hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Und es gab sogar Nähzeug für den Notfall. Deutsche Bücher, ein paar Spiele. Getränke im Kühlschrank, die man nur wieder auffüllen musste. Man merkt, dass eine Frau am Werke war:-) am Pool waren auch Schwimmnudeln und Luftmatratzen vorhanden. Sehr schöne Finca und auch der Garten sehr gepflegt. In den Betten habe ich jede Nacht gut geschlafen.

Grundsätzlich eine schöne Finca

Wir fanden den gesamten Außenbereich sehr gepflegt und sehr schön. Die Terrasse war toll und auch der Pool war sehr gepflegt. In der Küche war alles im Überfluss vorhanden. Es fehlte an nichts. Das eine Bad ist optisch sehr ansprechend. Die Umgebung war super. Kurze Wege zum Strand und zu verschiedenen süßen Orte. Die Finca hat niemals 200 qm. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr klein und ziemlich verkramt. Wir haben da nicht einmal gesessen. Die Toilette des kleinen Bades funktionierte nicht richtig ( Spülung) die Wand der Badewanne war undicht. Das Bad war danach immer überschwemmt. Es war nicht möglich einen Müllcontainwr zu finden. Wir gaben wirklich gesucht. Eine genaue Beschreibung wäre hilfreich.

Propriété bien équipée avec une grande piscine, au calme et bien située pour visiter l’est de l’île en voiture (10 minutes environ des plages).
