Was besseres erwartet

Zu Beginn: Wir sind Mallorca FeWo Erfahren. Wir hatten einen 3 Wochen Aufenthalt. Bei der Anreise schon die Toilette im Masterbad defekt, hat 3 Tage bis zur Reparatur gedauert. Dann haben die Nachbarn von links neue Fenster eingebaut, eine Woche Bohrmaschine und Trennjäger. Dann die Nachbarn über uns die Toilette erneuert... Bei beiden Handwaschbecken kam nur sehr mäßig Wasser aus dem Hahn, nach Aussage des Monteurs für die Toilette ist das der Filter zum Wassersparen. Balkontisch und Stühle OK, Terrassentisch und Stühle total verdreckt, Sonnenschirm nicht zu benutzen, vollkommen verdreckt, voll Spinnen und defekt. Wäscheständer ein Klappergestell aus Draht. In den 3Wochen wurde in jeder Wohnung in Umkreis gebohrt, gesägt und laut renoviert. Küchenutensilien reichhaltig, haben aber schon bessere Tage gesehen. 4 Handtuchsätze für 3 Wochen! Die Liegen und Stühle einfache Ausführung. Positiv: Die Lage direkt am Meer ist toll, zum Strand allerdings teils unbefestigter, enger Weg an den anderen Wohnungen vorbei. Die Wohnanlage liegt auf einer Landzunge mit langer Anfahrt, Auto absolut notwendig. Ehrlicherweise haben wir nach den Bildern und für den Preis eine bessere Ausstattung und mehr Urlaubsruhe erwartet. PS: Fotos vorhanden

Licht und Schatten

Die sehr ruhige Lage (maximal 1-stöckige Häuser in der Umgebung; keinerlei hörbarer Verkehr) sowie der Meerblick von der Terrasse (wie im Inserat-Bild gezeigt) sind einfach fantastisch. Leider war die Wohnung nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Im 2. ZImmer zeigte sich erhebliche Schimmelbildung infolge auslaufender Klimananlage, was dazu führte, dass die 3. Person im Wohnzimmer schlief. Die Wohnungsaustattung ist optisch schön. Jedoch nehmen die Press-Spanmöbel aufgrund der Meeresnähe Luftfeuchtigkeit auf, sodass Schränke und Schubladen teilweise einen etwas modrigen Geruch haben.

Appartement avec terrasse sur la mer en première ligne , vue magnifique. Appartement rénové à neuf, Mais il manque des petites choses pour le confort des locataires , qui permettraient un 20 sur 20. Très belles vacances tout de même dans cette résidence bien entrerenue.

Sehr schöne Lage & Ferienwohnung

Wir waren im Juni eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung und haben den direkten Meerblick sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet (Hinweis: Es gibt keine Spülmaschine), sauber und modern. Sie liegt sehr gut zwischen Pool und Bucht (guter Fußweg vorhanden). Ein Auto sollte auf jeden Fall vorhanden sein, da die Lage grundsätzlich etwas außerhalb ist. Die Buchung und Betreuung vor Ort hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir können die Wohnung seht empfehlen, ebenso die Restaurants im Ort. Klare Weiterempfehlung. :-)

Es war sehr schön!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gib’s alles was man braucht. Die kleine Sachen fehlen auch (z.B. ein paar Putzlappen und Putzmittel) Aber alles war toll! Wir bedanken uns herzlich und wünschen uns noch mal bei Ihnen zu sein.

Estancia tranquila frente al mar

Recién reformado. El piso es acogedor, con una terraza con amplias vistas al mar, y muy bien amueblado. Cuenta con todas las comodidades. La urbanización está algo alejada de tiendas, aunque hay un restaurante accesible en cala Murada a apenas tres minutos a pie, siguiendo la costa. Una opción magnífica para unas vacaciones tranquilas en familia. El trato con la propiedad muy atento, accesible y amable.

CALA A DOS MINUTOS PISCINA FANTASTICA

Ubicación magnífica. El Mediterráneo como paisaje en la terraza. Que amaneceres!!, la piscina está a escasos metros del apartamento, se ve desde la ventana de la cocina. Perfectamente equipado con todo lo necesario. Volveremos.
