Welcome to Sunrise #1! Enjoy fantastic views of the Sherwin Mountains from this nicely updated and very well stocked condo. Recently renovated kitchen and bathroom, new floors and new furnishings. This is a 2 story, 1 bed + loft corner unit with plenty of natural light and vaulted ceilings. The living space has a comfy sectional sofa, recliner, dining room table that seats 6. LG Smart 55” TV (complimentary internet and cable TV provided) with DVD / Blu-ray player. Firewood is provided for the woodstove fireplace. The newly renovated kitchen has granite countertops, tile flooring, and slate appliances. It is fully stocked with new utensils, dishware, pots and pans, and many other extras. Enjoy waking up to a fantastic view of the Sherwin Mountains from the master bedroom. The master has a Cal King bed with new mattress, Smart TV, DVD / Blu-ray player with smart capacities and remodeled closet. The downstairs bathroom has been remodeled with all new walk in tile shower, vanity with quartz counter top, and tile floor. The upstairs loft opens to the living room by a half wall. There is a queen bed and bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin on the top. The upstairs bath has also been remodeled. There is a nice view of Mammoth Mountain when standing outside on the front entry, Eagle Lodge is less than 2 miles away and the free Red Line and Town shuttles are an easy walking distance. Sunrise is located on the quiet side of town near Mammoth Creek and walking distance to the town amenities such as the new town park, meadow area, groceries and restaurants. There are two outside parking spaces available. Sunrise Condominiums offer a Spa, Sauna, and Seasonal Swimming Pool. Coin-operated laundry facilities located in the common area near the office. Snow trip

My grandsons from Arizona had never seen snow until our stay. They also got to try skiing. It was a nice cozy place and close to town. We had a great stay and beautiful sunny weather in the middle of winter.

Clean easy entry great view

This place was spotless and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The entry process was incredibly easy, which made settling in stress-free. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making meal prep a breeze. On top of that, the view was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Perfect stay for my daughters wedding

It’s a great location, very spacious. The couch was soooo cozy. The girls stayed in the loft upstairs that had its own bathroom which was great. We would definitely stay there again if ever going back to Mammoth

Near walking trails with a beautiful stream nearby. You can walk to Vons and most restaurant. However, the condo is located in a very quiet area. The condo was very well equipped with pots, pans glasses, condiments etc. Probably the most I have ever seen and we appreciate that. Great place to stay. Thank you

Mammoth Motorcross 2024

This property was fantastic. Super great location, beautiful views, easy access to the vehicles. This unit was one of the most well-equipped properties we have ever stayed at. The kitchen was well stocked with all types of cooking utensils and multiple cooking pots/pans. The beds were outstanding and felt like new. They even had frozen mugs in the freezer ready for a cold drink! Bathrooms were clean and updated with plenty of towels. The whole property had upgraded finishes with plenty of room for 4-6 people. I would love to book this specific property next year around the same time period!

This condo is fully loaded with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We loved everything about it including the gorgeous view straight out to the Sierra Nevada mtns. Easy walk to the bus for a ride up to the ski mountain or just around town. Also I had requested just a few weeks before my stay to make a change to my reservation and I was immediately contacted and it was taken care of so quickly and easily. I would definitely book this again for a visit next time I’m in mammoth!

Spring House Stay

This beautiful home provided us the best Mammoth visit to date! It was cozy, clean and felt like home to us. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cleaning and cooking supplies. Our only minor challenge were finding some kitchen measuring items and a can opener. Otherwise, it was an awesome place with a quiet neighborhood, amazing mountain views and conveniently close to grocery stores & Mammoth village.

Comfortable stay!

We really appreciated how clean and comfortably furnished this condo is. It's very conveniently located, yet in a quiet location with a lovely meadow/mountain view off the balcony and close to a paved walking trail for evening walks with a great view. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. And the property manager was responsive and friendly when we reached out to them with a few needs we had during our stay. Great choice for our lodging needs in Mammoth!

Cozy Condo with Beautiful View

The condo was just as stated. It was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and my wife liked the bathrooms. The location was a few minutes walk to the trolly and the view off the patio deck was all mountains. Perfect for that morning cup of coffee. The pool was also in close proximity. I would definitely stay again.

Mammoth getaway

Check in was easy - we never saw any management but that was ok as we didn’t need anything. They were available. The place was clean and comfortable. The only thing that we didn’t realize was that the unit was in the second floor. Otherwise everything was great .
