This is unit #39 - Newly remodeled super cozy one bedroom, one bath, side unit
with afternoon sun, with views of the ski slopes and mountain bike trails.
Beds: Master bedroom-king; living room sofa bed-queen sofa sleeper; dining
room-queen murphy (wall) bed. Living room has a 42' flat screen TV with Blue
ray player, master bedroom has a 40' flat screen TV. The courtyard area has a
heated pool (summer only), 2 year round outdoor hot tubs, BBQs and picnic
tables summer/fall. The recreation room has a dry sauna, pool table, kitchen
area with refrigerator and microwave for group gatherings, a large screen TV,
sitting area with large fireplace. For winter skiers, the complex is located
roughly 110 yards from Chair 7 at Canyon Lodge.
ONLY 1 INSIDE PARKING SPOT IS GUARANTEED WITH THIS UNIT (6'8 clearance) any
additional parking is not guaranteed.
NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO EMOTIONAL SUPPPORT ANIMALS.

Great room. Close to slopes but you have to walk around the building to get to the lodge. I shorter walking path or gate to exit via balcony for first floor bookings would make this 5 stars.

Great location, clean unit
The location is right across from Canton, just a short walk to the Canyon Lodge, which is appreciated when carrying your gear. The check in was easy, using the lock box. Parking was a little dicey with not knowing if our raised vehicle would fit in the garage, but we luckily fit ok, just barely. The property manager was nice and helpful. I know they are dealing with a lot of snow removal right now, but the property is run down and could use some upgrades to the facilities and common areas like hallways. Everything smells a little musty, and the dumpster was full/overflowing. But the unit itself was clean and updated with nice furnishings. The king bed was extremely firm yet you sink into it as well, so it was very uncomfortable, but my kids loved the Murphy bed. It was more comfortable than the master room king bed! Overall, was a nice unit, though it was a bit noisy during our stay. Luckily I brought the sound machines, otherwise the noisy neighbors in the hallway would have kept my kids up at night!

Ski & snowboarding vacation-unit 39!
I LOVE the proximity to Canyon lodge. The unit had some up grades and was well maintained. The larger property needs some TLC, as the jacuzzi water looked dark and the interior was crumbling. Also, the sauna was closed. For the cost to stay here, I feel these amenities should be better maintained. Master bed was not the most comfortable for us (memory foam topper) but may be preferred by others. Staff was helpful and nice. I'd stay at St. Anton property in the future, given it's proximity to the ski slopes.

Great location!
Wonderful condo—clean tidy and very nicely updated. All beds were comfortable including the couch bed. Would definitely stay here again. Only issue is the low entrance to the parking garage. Talk to the management before arriving and they will help accommodate with outdoor parking. Two thumbs up all around.
