Spacious, upgraded Condo in Sierra Park Villas

This spacious 1-bedroom plus loft condo puts you right in the middle of Mammoth Lakes, with plenty of room for up to six guests and an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, Vons and the free town shuttle.

At approximately 900 square feet, the two-story layout feels open and bright, with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and upper windows bringing plenty of natural light into the main living area. It's a great setup for a couple who wants extra room or for a family or small group that doesn't want to be packed into a studio.

The main level includes a comfortable living area with a queen sleeper sofa, wood-burning stove, TV and free Wi-Fi. Firewood is provided during the winter months, so after a day on the mountain you can come back and enjoy a real wood fire.

The remodeled kitchen is one of the highlights of the condo, with updated cabinetry and countertops, full-size appliances, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of space to prepare meals. The adjacent dining table seats six.

Upstairs, the private bedroom has a queen bed, vaulted ceiling, TV, electric fireplace and direct access to its own balcony. The open loft provides additional sleeping space with a trundle bed that converts to two twin beds. A privacy curtain can be closed to give the loft some separation from the rest of the upstairs area.

Altogether, the condo sleeps up to six guests with a queen bed in the bedroom, two twin beds in the loft and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The condo has 1.5 bathrooms, with a half bath on the main level and the full bathroom upstairs. With sleeping accommodations on both levels, the layout works particularly well for families or groups traveling together.

One of the biggest advantages of this condo is its location. Sierra Park Villas is centrally located in Mammoth Lakes, directly across from Roberto's Mexican Cafe and within walking distance of Vons, restaurants, bars and other conveniences. Both the Green Line and Red Line shuttle stops are nearby, providing free transportation around town and to Mammoth Mountain.

Parking is directly in front of the condo, making arrival and unloading easy. Once you've stocked up on groceries, you can easily leave the car parked for much of your stay.

A few things to know before booking: This is a two-story condo, and the bedroom and loft sleeping areas are located upstairs.

We truly enjoyed staying at this property. Everything was easy…the communication, the check-in and check-out process, the instructions -all of it. The home is warm and welcoming and very well stocked. We appreciated the warm wood stove after a day of skiing. The kitchen is beautiful. The location is great and the hot tub a bonus. We hope to stay in this home again when we visit Mammoth.

Our family had a really great stay in Mammoth. The condo was clean and was just as it was represented. It is in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and bike rentals. Our teenager really appreciated having their own space in the condo. We would definitely stay there again.

Fishing buddies

We were looking for a property that would the three of us to have a comfortable place to stay at a reasonable price. We have been fishing in this area for over 30 years and decided to look for a unit in Mammoth that would suit our needs. This condo was very comfortable and and the amenities were very nice. After staying in another property earlier this season (36H) we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the interior of this unit. The parking is also very close. If you have more than two of you there is a loft area and couches in living room. Be warned though the loft area is directly adjacent to the bathroom separated only by a curtain. Kitchen is nice with newer appliances. Old coffee maker but still putting out coffee so all is well. Comfy living area w huge TV. Hot tubs are some of the cleanest and well maintained we’ve seen in Mammoth. Comfy master bed. Property manager was super responsive. High marks for that for sure. We had to contact him for spa code which is blank in welcome book but, as he pointed out, is in the App. These properties are a quick walk to the Vons plaza, Roberto’s, Noodlely, etc. Our only complaints were no face or bath soap at all. BYO bar of soap and shampoo. Check in and out times are too late and early by an hour. Maybe this is a VRBO thing but check in is 4 and out is 10. Kinda feel like this should be 3 and 11. Overall one of the best units we’ve experienced.

Great location, modern and ideal amenities

My family of 3 really enjoyed staying at this unit for our skiing break. Everything was very clean, there was plenty of space to store and dry our skiing gear in the evenings. The kitchen had a great level of provided utensils, and equipment for cooking. The bed and linens were comfortable and the shower was excellent. It is really convenient for getting to the ski areas, either driving or taking the shuttle. We'd definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen had all the necessities. The place is nicely decorated. Parking was not to far from the entrance. Vons is close by. The only issues were the glitchy WiFi and the thermostat temp decreased at night to a cold 50 degrees. Communicating with the manager was easy and he responded promptly. The thermostat issue was resolved. This was a nice place to stay for our family snowboarding trip.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It fit our family of 4 perfectly. The location is perfect, we walked to the store, restaurants and dessert places. If I had any complaint it would be the pillows. They were very flat.

Amazing Stay

Our family had an amazing time. The property #43 is very clean and spotless. The kitchen is well stock with all the appliances you need. The location of the property is very close to the street, so your walk to your car is very short. The restaurants and supermarket is a very short walk (5-10 minutes). Our family would come back soon.
