Welcome to Seasons 4 #140, an upgraded 2-bedroom plus loft, 2-bathroom condo ideally located on Lakeview Blvd between Canyon Lodge and The Village. With space to sleep 8 guests and plenty of modern amenities, it's the perfect spot for families and groups to enjoy Mammoth Lakes year-round.

Step into the open floor plan living area featuring a leather sofa, pellet stove, large flat-screen TV, and vaulted beam ceilings. The dining area seats six, with extra seating at the kitchen bar and access to a private deck. The upgraded kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to cook for the whole group.

Down the hall are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary suite has a king-size bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, TV, and bright windows. The second bathroom includes a separate vanity area and shower/tub combo.

Upstairs, the loft offers four twin beds, a Smart TV, and a convenient washer and dryer—making it ideal for kids, teens, or extra guests.

Very clean and great location

We had a great time staying here. It was very clean and well appointed. The location was perfect. The only downfall was the lack of AC which made the loft really hot although there were fans. Would stay here again.

Great Mammoth Ski Unit

Season’s Four unit is very close to the Mammoth shuttle to Canyon Lodge for easy access to the slopes. The unit sleeps six comfortably and could handle 8. Very comfortable and well appointed. Pellet stove works very well. Recommend this unit highly.

This condo was so perfect for our group of 3 adults and 4 kids. The kids had the loft level all to themselves, with a TV and 4 beds. The king size bedroom had an ensuite bathroom and the queen bedroom was right by the shared hall bathroom. Smart TVs in every room. Living room and dining area was roomy. And I can't say enough how clean and premium the place felt. Decor, furniture, TVs, and kitchen were all new and in great condition. Fully stocked kitchen had oil and spices. Had a nice washer/dryer in the loft, was convenient to dry wet gloves and pants after a day on the slopes! And the location was perfect! Lakeview wasn't a busy street, and it took approximately 3 MINUTES to drive to Canyon Lodge, to drop off the family to snowboard. 6 minutes to the Village, restaurants, or Vons. Easy to park right in front of our condo. The common room/office was one building over and the kids had a great time playing ping pong, foozball, and pool ($1 to play pool). The area was very safe and quiet and we felt fine letting them go on their own to play.
