tough to get key, should have code access or ? // no boat parking in lot (not stated anywhere), no bbq at residence area to bbq on other side of complex,, nice kitchen area with enough utensils to get the job done // clean // great sleeping room // noisy neighbors(full time residence above you)

The property is in a good area and everything is close by. The shopping center is a walk away and the property is nice and private. The only downside was the cleaning and the sofa bed mattress. When we opened the sofa bed mattress it was old and dirty with candy sprinkles and very uncomfortable. You can feel the mattress springs on them. In my opinion, it should not be counted as an extra bed because It is not sleepable. When we arrived we also found a dirty white towel hanging behind the restroom door and looked like makeup was smeared on it. On a good note, someone from the property contacted us the following to ask us if we had found everything ok. I expressed my concern about the dirty bath towel and the dirty mattress and she offered to send someone to clean the property but by then I had put the dirty towel away and cleaned the mattress so I said no. They tried to make things right. I just hope that people who clean the house clean better and that they get new sofa bed mattresses.

The condo was clean and comfortable but the kitche lacked some basic utensils, like a can opener and spatula. Overall, i would recommend this property.
