Horrible Service

Horrible service. A/C was out throughout the whole hotel, the room was given a fan to use. The Jacuzzi was also out of service and not listed as out of service. We were not told about any of this when checking in until I went back downstairs to let them know our A/C is not working then was told AC is broken and Jacuzzi is drained. The only good thing was the weather was a lot cooler. The answer I got from front desk was, if I booked through third party then they don’t notify customers of AC not working and Jacuzzi out of service. Room was ok, baseboards were dirty, tub had a crack and water pressure was low.

This was a great location in town, can easily walk to the main shops. The staff let us check in early which was extremely helpful since we were needing to get ready for a wedding. The breakfast was well stocked and very well maintained. Felt safe and liked that there was a parking grauge for my car.

It was super hot , the amenities included listed a pool /spa area and we arrived and it was closed but not stated prior to booking , our top safety lock to the door was broken making us feel unsafe , it was slightly difficult to contact someone to check out. Overall just wasn’t what we expected but the woman who checked us in was very nice.

Perfect stay at Quality Inn, Mammoth

Quality Inn is in the perfect location at Mammoth lakes. We stayed for two days; it was a comfortable and good stay. All the restaurants are near by. Quality inn free continental breakfast is good. I would definitely suggest to stay at this place.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, good Breakfast. Only thing i didn't like was the floor is lifting up. I was very careful when walking. Room is very spacious. Yes i would definitely stayed here again. It has an elevator, vendor machines in the lobby.

We needed a stopover-to sleep hotel after our 8 hour drive. Staff was pleasant, room was clean. I noticed large fans in the room and thought it was weird. We do a lot of road trips and AC is the only amenity I use when filtering hotels. But I’ve never had to filter that when in California. And we aren’t fancy hotel goers. So sleep was rough because the fans, which were necessary, were incredibly loud. Our TV didn’t work and Wi-Fi and phone service were both very spotty. I used a hair tie to get my phone charger to stay in the outlet. We tried charging another device in the bathroom but that outlet was not working. It was late when we arrived so we weren’t going to try and change rooms. But probably won’t stay again.

It was a nice hotel. They have underground parking. The rooms are well maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast the most! We stayed here before we headed to Yosemite. My suggestion is to also explore the area if aren’t planning on already. It is a beautiful place.
