This recently updated two-level, three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse combines modern comforts with rustic charm and stunning mountain views. Perfect for families or groups, it's well-equipped for both ski season and summer getaways.

The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas cooktop—ideal for preparing meals after a day on the slopes or trails. The open living and dining area offers a cozy stacked-stone propane fireplace, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, music system, and a dining table beneath a striking antler chandelier. Step out onto the spacious Trex deck to enjoy a beverage and take in the views.

The primary bedroom has a new log-style queen bed with designer bedding and plenty of storage. The second bedroom also has a queen bed with updated bedding, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed plus bunk beds—great for kids or additional guests. A full hall bathroom serves the second and third bedrooms. All three bathrooms include built-in hair dryers for convenience.

We had an amazing trip and stay here!

Place was gorgeous with beautiful views and everything we needed. Just a short walk to eagle lodge which was super convenient. Highly recommend!

Nice, clean place that is as nice as the pictures.

Overall a very nice place to stay. I will look to see if this is available the next time I come up. The only thing I would change is to have an updated BBQ. I like to BBQ on vacation but this one seems a bit old and a little small. I was going to use it but decided to use the oven instead. I will look you up next time I visit. Thanks.

Christmas family gathering

Upon arrival discovered unsatisfactory circumstances including dog hair and dust bunnies galore plus filthy windows despoiling the Sierra, Mammoth views. Living room furniture far below what is expected of a rental priced at the equivalent to a five star luxury hotel.

Great Location, Views

Perfect location to stage out of Eagle Canyon for skiing/snowboarding. A two minute drive to drop off or a short walk to the shuttle stop. Short drive to downtown. Convenient. Top notch views from the deck. Kids sled down the hill just outside the unit. Very good amenities. Place is a cozy but not small enough to be uncomfortable for 4 adults and 4 younger teenagers. Good heat and hot water. Check in and out was a breeze. Highly recommended, especially if you’re skiing out of for Eagle Canyon.
