Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to The

Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting with full

great amenities. This two-bedroom, two-bath condo features a beautifully

remodeled property on the lower level: Wood-tile floors, and granite counters.

The master bedroom features a Queen bed with private en-suite. A bunk room

with double size bunk beds. TV's in all rooms. Fully equipped welcoming

kitchen with a window looking out into the trees and BBQ on the balcony make

this the perfect vacation home. Walk down the street and hop on the free

shuttle that can take you into town, Canyon, Main or Eagle Lodge. This unit

sleeps a maximum of 6 people, is non-smoking and pet-friendly. Just steps away

from the on property amenities: pool, jacuzzi, sauna and rec room. All guests

receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy

facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility,

yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking

passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call

Quite Cozy

We had 3 adults and 2 infants. The property was listed as kid friendly and although the property management provided a pack and play, the condo was so small it was very tight quarters getting around the couch and the edge of the countertop. Our poor 2 year old ran into the side of the counter at least 8 times, even after trying to move the couch over. It was just very crowded and felt a lot smaller than the pictures showed. Also, being a dog friendly rental, when we did move the couch over slightly a couple inches, there was tons of dog hair clumps and dusts/remnants from previous guests- so not the cleanest. Overall, it was fine for a last minute booking but definitely way over priced, it would be good for 4 guests at most, probably not families or toddlers for that matter.

Very cozy condo, great location, helpful property managers

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo is modern, very clean, and comfortable. The fireplace, ski racks and tray for ski boots are a great touch. Perfect location, walking distance to the Village and so close to Canyon Lodge. Had an issue with the water heater but the property management team was very responsive and helpful.
