Instead of a "2 Bedroom, Mountainside, Ski-in-ski-out" it's actually a 1 BR, with a loft upon a Loft; on the main road/not mountainside; & a 5 minute walk uphill to the lift. The primary reason I booked this condo (for 7 people) was the beds listed in the description; specifically "2 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin." The downstairs BR has a king; the upstairs Loft has a king; the mini-loft above the upstairs Loft has 1 twin (plus a foldable mat under the bed). The "queen bed" is actually a sofa pull out in the main space. Worst; it took us over 4 hours post arrival to heat the place to 65 degrees (from 55). Management initially offered space heaters, but when we called again later to accept them they said they wouldn't bring them after all; and we should just wait until the space heated. Further, while there were sheets for the downstairs pull out, there were no blankets. The bins they were supposed to be in were empty. We called management again - and they finally brought heaters and blankets. Management was uncooperative in general. I think they thought our complaints were frivolous and bothersome. Moreover, ALL closets were locked & we couldn't hang any of our stuff, except on hooks under the stairs. The 10 digit entrance code is overkill. The threats of $ penalty for not following move-out rules are obnoxious... leaving guest unwelcome. :( We paid nearly $800 a night plus tax/fees - and did not enjoy our stay. Unfortunately. There is more... but I'm running out of space here...
