Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This four-bedroom, three-bath property features balcony views towards The Village with a cozy gas fireplace where you can enjoy a great movie or your favorite tv show from HDTV/CD/DVD player in the living room and surround sound. This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people with a King, 2 Queens and 2 set of bunks beds. Perfect for two families to enjoy some mountain fun. This townhome is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. We really enjoyed our stay. This condo has a great location - minutes from the village and an easy ride on the village gondola to canyon lodge. It isn’t the most up to date place, but has a well stocked kitchen and was very comfortable overall. It would be nice if the parking permits were in the condo and the door code sent via email so we didn’t need to make an extra stop on our way in and on the way out just to drop off a couple laminated pieces of paper at the management office. It’s not far, so a very minor inconvenience - just one we didn’t really understand the point of.

Chic is not a word to describe this unit

unit is run down, carpet is disgustingly dirty. Furniture is stained and dirty. Bathroom shower broken. Broken lampshades, doors, etc. facility jacuzzi jets broken. Kitchen was well supplied.
