Clara's Cottage is a superb Grade II, semi-detached cottage situated in the village of West Lutton, ten miles from Driffied. This cottage sleeps five people and has three bedrooms, consisting of a king-size double, a double and a single, together with a bathroom with whirlpool bath. The cottage also has a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside there's off road parking for two car and an enclosed lawned garden with summerhouse, furniture and barbecue. Clara's Cottage is a lovely base for exploring the area.

The small, rural village of West Lutton is situated in the Yorkshire Wolds, close to Driffield. The village has one pub, but close by is the village of Weatherthorpe, which hosts a village shop, Post Office and excellent inns. Ideally located, West Lutton is just a short drive from the delightful historic market towns of Malton and Driffield, while the East coast resorts of Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough, with their long, safe, sandy beaches and seaside amenities, are also easily accessible.
