We are frequent visitors for the Sunday Buffet lunch and can say that every time is a truly memorable experience. Food is excellent with vast items and last but not least service is impeccable. Keep it up.

My mum & I have just returned from a most enjoyable week at Seashells. From the moment we arrived the staff were nothing but welcoming (lovely reception staff). Our room on the 5th floor with sea view was so spacious and comfortable - no noise disturbance from other rooms at all. (Our room attendant was so accommodating when we asked for no scented cleaning products to be used as we are both allergy prone). The food was fabulous. Neither of us understand why people have any complaints. There was always plenty of choice & the food was, without exception, wonderful. Thank you to the chef & catering team - you do a fantastic job. (Now we are home we are missing the lovely food already!). Thank you Nicola, the restaurant manager - lovely lady. The position of the hotel is perfect, the bus stops are outside the front door. We highly recommend this super hotel, which, in our opinion is great value. Thank you to all at Seashells for your great service & hospitality. We had a wonderful holiday with you! We plan to return.

The room is huge and impeccable, super clean and organised. Bathroom is perfect warm water always and plenty of room. Lighting is great. Food is delicious: a LOT of items to choose from and menu changes always. Plenty of options for starters, main course and desserts even breakfast is great. Pool is big and best thing is they also have an adult pool which is quiet and deep equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas

Seashells Hotel conjures an idyllic setting on a peaceful island. No way. The main road is busy. View very average like the hotel. The restaurant (works cafeteria) resembles a beer-garden after a night out. Breakfast one expects to be disorganized, but only to a degree. Dinner is shambolic and certainly not restful. Forever getting up, everyone moving in different directions, chairs scraping loudly on tiled floor. Tables cleared so fast implying they want you out. If you don't leave a fellow guest at the table, it could be cleared of everything by the time you return. The restaurant is clean and the food hot. Reasonable choice. There is an alternative restaurant (Tokk) serving authentic Maltese dishes. Not open every night. The bar in the hotel (Ambassador) Lounge) is overcrowded with little or no service. Is this supposed to be a four star hotel? There is a pool bar also serving a range of snakes during the day. The pool itself is functional but lacks character. An adults only pool nearby. The Spa, advertised everywhere throughout the hotel is expensive but good according to other guests. The rooms are large. Each bed has one hard foam pillow and another plastic covered. Large shower. Safe in room. Pay extra and have a sea view. This hotel wasn't for me but children will love it. A good family hotel where kids are less fussy and free to run around. Peter m.

Great Service at Seashells Resort at Suncrest! We had an international group of 50 persons staying at the hotel last week for a network meeting the Malta Girl Guides were organizing. They took the time to listen to what we wanted and were very patient with all our requests and requirements. We would like to thank them for their patience and great service throughout.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. We had what we thought was one of the best rooms in the hotel, lots of space nice sea view and just a dream of a holiday. The food was delicious especially the cakes.

The atrium is smart and our room was good. The public areas are a different story. Our main gripe was the huge dining room which put us in mind of a cattle market or a very busy holiday camp. The noise was almost deafening and at times we had to shout our conversation to make ourselves heard. The walls and floor have hard surfaces throughout so all sound echoes. The furniture is basic café style and chairs scraping on the floor add to the din, along with the clatter of crockery. The cutlery is cheap and basic and the knives are blunt. The food was mostly tepid, often cold and occasionally hot. There was a wide choice of food but it was often disappointing in flavour. The fruit juices at breakfast were a joke i.e. slightly flavoured water. In the case of the grapefruit juice dispenser, it WAS water. Regularly there were no glasses for cold drinks or cups for hot drinks, or there was no milk. Trekking to another drink station to find the missing item meant that our food grew even cooler. On one lunchtime, half the dining room was reserved for a private function and at that meal, there was a better choice of food. People were milling about everywhere throughout every mealtime. Thankfully there is a smaller dining room - the It-Tokk - for which you have to book. This is much smaller and therefore quieter than the other but it is usually open for only one or two evenings per week. Even more thankfully, it was open for 3 evenings during our stay. For the remaining evening we had to suffer the cattle market. The bar was also a cattle market with the same furniture and noise problem as the main dining room. In a public area near the bar, sofas and armchairs are set out. However, on the Saturday evening, several sofas were taken by children ranging in age from quite young to early teens, lying full length on them, dozing whilst their parents were in the bar. There was no other comfortable place to sit with your drink. One evening outside the It-Tokk restaurant, young boys were playing football and the ball hit the plate glass window and the door of the restaurant and they actually kicked the ball into the restaurant on one occasion. The staff took no action. The pool area is in the shadow of the hotel from mid afternoon onwards and as the prevailing wind comes in from the sea, it gets quite cool there. This is a family hotel. Perhaps families have no problem with these issues. Older people and couples may well think differently.

Very nice hotel for spending the time in Malta!!! The area is nice with many restaurants , coffee shops. Usually I stayed at the heart of Valetta, but I liked a lot the Qawra area. The hotel is very nice, the view of the balcony was excellent and also the staff very helpful!! Good hotel for its value!!! I recommended

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the seashells resort! A stones throw away from the pool and sea. Helpful, attentive and approachable staff, lovely and decent sized rooms with great balcony's and a good selection for meals.I would suggest going for meals at quite times if possible as when busy its hard to get table and end up scouting around ready to jump in for one. The adult pool is over to the right as you look out to sea seems like another hotel but its part of the SRAS.Only drinks are available on all Inc here.

Very nice hotel! The staff were very nice but we ask for a twin room but they gave us a double so I was expected to sleep with my Dad! Mate that so bad! the room was so tiny and it was connected to someone else's! they let us move and we got a better room but the kettle was broken. other than that it was an lovely hotel and the food was sooooooooo nice
