We stayed as a family of 4 on October. Having been to Malta previously we were looking forward to returning and Malta never disappoints. The hotel was very good and we had a lovely stay. Our suite was very large and comfortable perfect for us all. The pools on the roof were great with fabulous views and excellent bar service. The breakfast was fabulous and enjoyed by us all. Our children used the kids club which was ok. In a very dingy basement and while the staff were nice it lacked a fun factor. Overall a lovely hotel with great restaurants, shops and services offered locally.
리모델링이 필요한 완전 옛날 방 the room should be remodeled 에어콘도 리모콘없는 수동수준 air-conditioner was a very old-fashioned style 깨끗하지만 꿉꿉함 clean but humid 패밀리룸으로 연결된 방을 줘서 옆방에서 아이들이 소리지르는 통에 2박 하는 내내 티비를 켜고 있었음. 창밖풍경이 호텔식당이라 커텐을 치고 있었는데 저녁에는 레스토랑의 시끄러운소리가 창문으로 들어옴. 창밖풍경이 씨뷰 마운틴뷰 시티뷰가 아닌 호텔식당인 호텔은 첨봄. it has been very noisy for 2 days. In the next room (which was connected to my room like a family room), there were more than 2 kids who yelled and screamed. In addition there was the other noise through the window. The scenery of my room was a hotel restaurant neither sea view nor city view. 프라이빗 비치에 5시쯤 가서 썬베드에 누워서 잠들려는데 6시 마감이라고 5시반전부터 다른 썬베드 치운답시고 내 썬베드를 막 치구 다님... 호텔 리셥션니스트나 조식부페 웨이스트리스분들은 친절하셧는뎅 프라이빗비치직원분들은 불칠절했음. receptionists were kind but workers in private beach were unkind.
We really enjoyed our weekend break at the intercontinental. The beds are really comfortable we couldn't wake up in the morning . Then we went for a message that was so relax and enjoy it to the full . I would love to visit agian .
We stayed at the Intercontinental Malta from July 4-11th and it was one of not too many hotels in the world we would return too. The room was lovel, and had everything we needed. Although, if when we return I will enquirer about a room with a view. The staff were fab, and so attentive. We had an issue with our shower which we reported on our way out one evening, when we returned it was fixed. At the bars and restaurants they were happy to give recommendations, when asked, on drinks, food, and places to visit. We dined at Waterbiscuit, and the Al Fresco restaurants and wow the food was delicious and the service impeccable. Thank you Olivia for your time with us. Breakfast was great too and there is something for everyone. We were in Malta to attend a wedding, and I had my hair styled at the hair salon at the hotel. I loved my hair and the staff were great. I also booked Daniela, I love make up Malta to come to the hotel to do my make up. She was brilliant and I loved my look. Thank you Malta for a fabulous holiday and such a relaxing and chilled out holiday. See you soon
A stunning hotel perfectly located with access to beach, beautiful Bay Street shopping and food arcade. The breakfast spread was amazing The pool outdoor, indoor Jaccuzzi steam and sauna with spa facility were very appropriate The hotel has Casino Malta in the premises A skydeck for amazing sunset views An Indian restaurant behind the hotel and very easy pick up and drop for sight seeing by hop on hop off bus The staff was extremely help and concierge team were just great A picture of sunset view from 19 floor skybeach
Biggest in Malta. Nice Rooms, Good Breakfast and teh breakfast room is very well run. Get down before 10am to avoid the rush The Pool was disappointing. Great Location and close to everything. Overall 8/10
This is a great hotel. The staff are 1st class, especially in the club lounge, which is well worth the upgrade. Avoid the very poor Waterbiscuit restaurant but the other eateries are good. The skybeach is well worth paying extra for.
I went to this hotel with my friend for few days! The location of the hotel is perfect, we were just in the perfect area to enjoy the bar and club of Malta. Also the beach club of the hotel is really nice and relaxing! The service was excellent with a french lady she was really after us and always with lovely attention ! If you come to the beach ask Alyson she will be always smiling and really professional ! She make our stay even better ! Thank's to her !
I have stayed at various Intercontinental locations throughout the United States and in Malta. The service is always top notch - requests are ALWAYS met with the staffs' collective best efforts. I can speak to this first hand as an American with demanding needs on their printer. When the printer was not working, they got it fixed. Perfection does not exist, but their responsiveness is superb. I will be staying for a forth time this coming October 2017. The location is right around the corner from the most intense #nightlife in all of #Malta, if that is your thing.
We stayed at the Intercontinetal Malta last year same period for 3 weeks. This year as we booked late we had to reserve the first week in the Hilton at a few minutes distance. The week at the Hilton was perfect. A contrast with the first days at the Intercontinental were we plan to stay more than 2 weeks We already expérienced last year it is better (almost a must) to book Club rooms be it only to be able to have a quite and pleasant breakfast rater then facing the rush in the main dining room. Unfortunately the room we got the first night was just the worse room we got in our Life, they were not ready on time and facing the main nightlife street and not well isolated we were thus forced to hear the beats of Malta's Club Life till 4 AM; Second night we changed room - in the middle of the night we were woken by the neighbours who seemed to hold an after party and were clearly very drunk. We had to Call Security several times to obtain an intervention After 2 sleepless night we finally got an acceptable room. Bedding however is of poor quality So far the rooms expérience. With the club rooms you have access to the club lounge. No big changes here except staff was not at same level as last year; Too many interns, most probably because of cost cuts. A few do a good job, many are below average and give the impresson not to be managed Worse is the 19th floor. It opened quite recently. First you have the noise of the construction (see picture), on Sunday the only quite day as Hotel Guest you do not have access to the floor as it is rented out, you can pay an extra fee (though your club room is charged as much on Sunday and you end up paying twice) and access on sunday also. The lounge beds are only available is you spend 250,-€ meaning you buy like 8 bottles of wine, 3-4 bottles of champaign or 2 bottles of hard liquor a day. Beter book a desintoxication cure after your stay, if your liver resists that long. The number of "Free" loungers is too limited pushing towards consumption. During the days were the 19th level is open for Club Rooms Guests we still faced the floor was opened to people fromage outside the Hotel, as long as they consume enough. The pool was thus invaded by a large number of adults, who clearly after their lunch were out of control. Pool management increased the level of the music changing the pool in outdoor party by 3PM....clearly disturbing the hotel guests Too bad as this 19th floor together with the 15th floor could be an added value to the Hotel. The way it is managed (now) makes us doubting we will will come back for an 3 weeks next year. Complaints are noted but no action is noticed or feedback given
