The porter kindly assisted us with our luggage and lead us to our room, which apart from being spacious also consisted of recently renovated furniture. But the best feature was the stupendous view from our balcony. Breakfast was lavish and also included a welcoming drink. The Breakfast room adjacent to the pool area lacks decor but looks like it's being done up. Back to our room and enjoyed an invigorating jacuzzi bath! Good value for money. Glad I did not heed the bad reviews of years ago.
Was very impressed by the staff which were very polite, view was very nice and rooms were clean as well. Also breakfast was quite good (A small tip is to do a buffet instead). Would definitely go again in this hotel!
Stayed over during the Valentine weekend for two nights. The hotel is dated and needs attention but to be fair refurbishing works have been started in the lobby. The hotel has potential but needs refreshing. Our room was an apartment overlooking the bay and had a kitchen too which helped. The surrounding area and views from our balcony were breathtaking however we found the layers of old dust fluff in some parts unappealing. Staff was polite and very helpful. A special mention goes to Erik who helped us with a WiFi issue we had and checked on us to see if we were doing fine. Breakfast was small but had enough choice for me and my wife. We appreciated the fact that you order what you want, so no waste of food.
Was not impressed at all with this Hotel. Yes i know you pay for what you get, and we didnt pay much and didnt expect much, but cat poo and the smell or urine everywhere? This was disapointing. The location of the Hotel itself isnt too bad. Xlendi is a lovely little bay, with some lovely little restuarants as well as a great dive school in St Andrews, but the Hotel needs some serious work.
I was anxious after reading several reviews slating this hotel and the staff glad I didn't pay attention !!!!! By far my fav holiday so far .....this little hotel is spotless food is good and you get what you pay for staff couldn't have been more helpful.....yeah the furniture is a little old fashioned but that's what makes it an original island hotel and I wouldn't change a thing keep up the good work xlendi can't wait to visit again ........views are out of this world x
Hotel was great very clean, Staff polite and very helpful. Breakfast was small but had enough choice for me and my fiance. The surrounding area and views from our balcony were breathtaking. I would go back here in a minute. Keep up good work
We booked a one night stay through a winter deal published by the hotel which was really fantastic. The hotel is being refurbished therefore this can be felt in certain areas however the host made everything possible to make our short stay a memorable one. Communication prior to the visit was very prompt and qualitative. What to say about the location, wonderful and unbeatable. Hotel also has some parking spaces. We had two deluxe rooms with jacuzzi baths, rooms were very clean and everything worked fine. Because of the weather we were offered breakfast in our rooms. The choice was excellent, great time span and food was fine and fresh. What to say about the hotel being pet friendly. We had our dog with us and she also felt at home. Well done, keep it up and good luck for the works, they will surely be of benefit in the near future. I'm sure this will not be the last time we come there. Thankyou!
Worst hotel i've ever stayed in, the hotel is unfinished and rather creepy! The staff were helpful but over helpful it was very strange. Breakfast was nothing to be desired quite unsanitary. The pool was dirty and smelt horrible, the surrounding areas were lovely and the food locally was amazing! We actually left the hotel 2 days early it was so bad. Please don't make the same mistake was we did!
The hotel is very clean. The staff is very helpfull and friendly.Sure will visit again. The offer we had was superb.I will surely recommend it to our friends.Found the deal on the internet. Thanks for the great service.
Good family accomodation, with friendly staff, clean with parking facilities . Breakfast room was a bit disapointing as view was obstructed with tables and chaires stored away from pool and was not heated
