– The reservation includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as the final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy and prepared for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.

– 24-hour assistance is offered throughout the stay. During the day we are available for any need, and at night we attend to important emergencies to guarantee guests' peace of mind.

– Check-in and check-out are carried out in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, resolving any questions and providing key handover and collection in person.

– At the time of making the reservation, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the reservation confirmation.

Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the customer from their obligation to care for the property during their stay. Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodation is obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.



Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, to be paid at the time of departure. The meter will be read both upon arrival and departure.



Note 4. In those properties where it is possible to include a supplementary bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Likewise, when possible, a protective fence for the swimming pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear metre. Please check availability.



Note 5. Check-in after 22:00 incurs an additional charge of €30, and after 00:00, €50. However, there is the option of self check-in with staff welcome the following day. When it is possible to authorise a late check-out, always subject to availability, the cost will be €90 until 13:00 and €160 until 16:00.

We had a perfect stay at the Villa Salines House. It has all the equipment you need. It is very close to the beach (walking distance), but we also enjoyed the pool a lot! The service of the staff from Mallorca Holiday Properties is outstanding. They replied immediately when we had questions about the house.

Great stay in a lovely property

Lovely property, modern looking throughout, plenty of space in the social areas, some useful bits and pieces for your stay and a nice welcome box with lots of Mallorcan produce on arrival. The outdoor area was amazing, with all 4 sides of the house available to relax or enjoy the shade or sun depending on time of day. Swimming pool was a nice size for cool down dips and perfect for a toddler learning how to swim. Nice temperature all day and the sun lasted until about 6.30pm on the poolside of the house. Joan the property agent was great. Messaged on WhatsApp to say hello and provide entry instructions as we were arriving late at night, answered questions quickly when we needed him to and just left us to it when we didn't need him. Great location in Alcudia, across the road from the beach (4 minutes walk) near to a lovely bakery/coffee shop and a good supermarket and a short walk from lots of good restaurants. Bus stops nearby for a quick and easy way to get into Port D'Alcudia, Alcudia Old Town or even Ca'n Picafort.

Die Kommunikation war super einfach &uumlber WhatsApp oder anfangs Email. Online-Check-In war auch einfach, Sch&uumlssel-&Uumlbergabwar per Code, da wir nachts ankamen. Am n&aumlchsten Morgen kam Xisco dann und war sehr sympathisch. Alles unkompliziert. Haus war toll! Gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben uns total wohl gef&uumlhlt. N&aumlhe zum Strand und Einkaufsladen war ideal. Pool war Mega! Es war wirklich sehr sch&oumln und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen! M&uumlckenschutznetze an einigen Fenstern der Schlafzimmer. Hecke erweitern, als Sichtschutz zum Hotel. Hat uns aber nicht weiter gest&oumlrt.

Schöne und große Unterkunft.

Unterkunft war bei Ankunft sehr Sauber. Sehr gute Lage. Sonnenaufgang am Meer nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Sonnenuntergang am See direkt vor der Tür. Pool ist etwas klein jedoch ausreichend. Türen sind beim schließen und öffnen sehr laut. Waschbecken im gemeinsamen Badezimmer etwas klein.

Villa conforme aux photos SAUF que celles-ci évitent de montrer le (trés) grand hotel situé à une trentaine de métres avec vue direct sur la piscine. Cette vue n'est pas vraiment génante mais les nuisances sonores dues à l'hotel (navettes incessantes et ballet des livraisons des 6h00) lui l'est beaucoup plus. C'était la seule note négative, le reste de la maison est OK et la plage situé à environ 400 métres est trés bien. Mais cette note négative est de taille!

Tolle Unterkunft! Gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist wirklich toll und auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Lage ist auch gut. Nur wenige Minuten zum Strand (fußläufig) und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten! Pere (Peter) , unser Hausbetreuer, war jederzeit über einen WhatsApp-Channel erreichbar und hat uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Wir haben uns hier wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke Ein kleines Manko gab es leider. Es bezieht sich weniger auf das Haus oder den Service. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite befindet sich ein Hotel und hier ist bisweilen reger Gästeaustausch gewesen. Diese werden meist mit Bussen an- bzw. abtransportiert. Es kam schon mal vor, dass im 5-Minuten-Takt Busse vorfuhren und es dann etwas lauter wurde. Besonders, weil die Busse wenden mussten. Für uns war es nicht schlimm, aber wer absolute Ruhe sucht, sollte ein anderes Haus wählen. Dafür ist das Haus eben sehr zentral im Ort gelegen. Hier muss man Prioritäten setzen.

- sehr schönes Haus mit ausreichend Platz für bis zu 3 Familien - große Terrasse mit einem Essbereich und einem Chill-Out Bereich - Pool mit Sonnenseite - Zimmer mit Klimaanlage - die Möglichkeit der Selbstverpflegung durch eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche - Lage und kurze Wege zum Strand und den umliegenden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - kostenlose Parkplätze in der Straße - schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung - Klimaanlage im EG-Zimmer wäre schön - ehemalige Einfahrt mit Sichtschutz versehen (für das dahinter liegende Hotel) - Eingangstür klemmt und ist etwas verzogen

Nice and clean House.

The villa was very stylish and clean. Exactly like the pictures. It was in a private location but close to everything that we needed. The bedrooms are neat with comfortable beds. The kitchen has all the equipment you need for cooking and there is a good BBQ outside so we really enjoyed having breakfast and dinner on the terrace. The bathrooms are clean with good showers. There is a small living room with a big couch and a TV which was nice on the few rainy days we got. The outside area is fantastic. It´s perfect for dining, relaxing in the sun and enjoying a cozy evening. We really enjoyed the pool, especially the kids, it´s clean and well maintained. We felt comfortable in the villa and had a very enjoyable stay thanks to Joan and Lenka.

Beautiful house in a fantastic location.

We’ve had an excellent stay. The house is beautifully presented, clean, comfortable and modern and the host has thought of everything that you will need. Unspoilt beach is across the road. The area of Alcúdia offers a lot, beautiful landscapes and quality restaurants. Communication with Joan was excellent. Highly recommended for friends and families
