Charming apartment in the heart of Palma



Apartment catalogued as Interior Tourism, located in an emblematic building in the historic centre of Palma de Mallorca, next to the Plaça de Santa Eulàlia. The building, which formerly housed the historic Toy Museum, was carefully renovated in 2019 to create exclusive tourist apartments full of character.



Inside, elegant contemporary design elements are combined with original details of traditional Mallorcan architecture, also preserving some pieces from the old museum that add a unique and special touch to the space.



The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (under 14 years old). It has a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room.

Upon request, we can install a cot at an additional cost of €10/day. If you need one, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.



Both the building and the apartment are fully equipped with everything necessary to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. It is located on a very quiet street in the old town, with little vehicle traffic. The apartment is situated on the ground floor, ideal for easy access and beginning to discover the city.



From here you can enjoy pleasant walks through the historic centre and discover the entire essence of Palma: its charming streets, its architecture and its wide cultural and gastronomic offering.



Parking: There is the possibility of parking upon request and at an additional cost, subject to availability.

Great location- walkable to nearly everything one wants to see. However, this flat has NO window; the patio is a tiny space at the bottom of the building, with a very limited view of the sky. The flat, in overall is not clean - dirt/dust everywhere, semi-finished dry wall, dark/dirt spots all over the bathroom; the shower head kept falling off the wall. Not a bad place for a day or two, but definitely not convenient enough for a longer stay. BTW, I love the dryer!

We loved staying here. Right in the heart of historic Palma but so very quiet. Lovely little outside space to enjoy a coffee. The apartment was very well equipped and everything worked well. Only problem we encountered was receiving the checkin information despite many emails and texts requesting it. We didn’t receive the information until we touched down in Palma. Other than that a very pleasing stay.

The trash

The place was great, clean and well-appointed, everything functioned properly. I had some much needed help to check in because I don't use a smartphone. I had no idea that throwing out was part of the process as this was my first VRBO rental. I was so worried that I was not going to get it out, I did it last and forgot my beers and waters in the fridge. I only used what I needed and since I paid a cleaning fee, I was wondering why I had to empty the trash myself before I left. Not the first thing on my mind. On the good side the outdoor patio is a nice semi-private space to sit since the apt is on the main tour of the horse and buggy and goes by frequently, it got used a lot. The fridge works well, the a/c works pretty well and apt was super-clean. A lot of outlets for plugging in electronics. I did not use the stove or the big tv in the living room but I did use the one in the bedroom and that worked well. I think that the trash should be picked up by whoever cleans the place after someone checks out. For the record, I brought it out twice but it left a big impression on my future bookings.

An unique stay in a historic location.

Vintage decor in a historic part of Palma. We stayed three nights which was a perfect amount of time for us. We had road bikes and found it easy to get in and out of the centre to explore the mountains and beaches. Horse-drawn carriages pass right by your door! Communication with the owners is very good.

Zu laut und zu dunkel

Um es vorab zu sagen: Wir leben auf Mallorca, sind hiesige Bausubstanzen also gewöhnt.Wir wollten über Silvester 5 Tage in Palma verbringen und haben diese Unterkunft gebucht. Wichtig war uns die Möglichkeit, irgendwie draussen sitzen zu können. Die Lage ist zentral und gut.Gegenüber der Wohnung ist allerdings das Hotel San Francesc Singular, und zwar dessen Rückseite mit einem immensen Gebläse aus der AirCon des gesamten Hotels und der Küche. Es war unglaublich laut und zwar 24/7 ohne Pause. Das dauernde laute Brummen macht einen irre.Der "Patio" ist entgegen den Bildern winzig und umgeben von 6 Meter hohen alten, feuchten, dreckigen und morschen Mauern. Da will man sich nur aufhalten wenn man wegen Nikotinkonsums muss. Wir waren einmnal 5 Minuten dort und dann nie wieder. Die Wohnung hat nicht ein einziges Fenster (ja, das haben wir aufgrund der Bilder gewusst) ist jedoch auch bei voller Beleuchtung nur ein dunkler Schlauch.Zuletzt war aus der über uns liegenden Wohnung alles, insbesondere das Stühlerücken, so laut zu hören, dass wir unseren Schlaf/Nachtrythmus den Nachbarn angleichen mussten.Fazit: Nicht geschenkt nochmal.
